Food was good. I was worried to eat it though, because the person making my sub was paying more attention to his phone then my food.

Put in an order at 4:53 for pickup at 6:50 PM to 7 PM so that my husband could pick it up after his 12 hour shift not 5 minutes from the store on Niagara Falls Blvd. Immediately after submitting the order I was updated that it would be ready at 7:10, then it changed again to 7:15 with a final text that it was ready at 7:30. It took them 2 plus hours to make 2 subs. The point of my ordering early was to spare my husband the wait after his shift. I will never use Doordash or Jim's Steakout again

I got a steak Hoagie Deluxe my girlfriend got a 12-in chicken finger sub food was not up to par my bread for my role was extremely difficult to eat I had to eat it with a knife and a fork my girlfriend's chicken finger sub had no mayo and the chicken fingers were dry...
Companies need to start paying people a better wage because then you can actually discipline workers and they won't want to lose a job because they're making good money when everybody makes poor money they make poor quality because they know that they could get a job anywhere else making the same money in return more people would go there and enjoy the food and that means more income for the business why businesses are so cheap as beyond me it's literally Common Sense terminology We've been here several occasions the shift workers on 7/24/25 at 6:18 p.m. are the worst experience we've had. Thanks guys!

The tacos I got where so bad from delivery from door dash - the tacos where soggy not made correctly and had onions when there is no option to take onions off so that’s not even a item that goes on the taco - there was no sour cream and the taco bags where dripping with tomato sauce- but I ordered them without tomato’s
Food is always delicious but this time I have to leave a bad review. Just give a option for gravy on the side for poutine … cheese and gravy merged to create a puddy and fries are extremely soggy

They CAN NEVER get an order right! We order from here once a week. We get the chicken fingers. A five piece chicken finger dinner and an 8 piece chicken finger dinner, ALWAYS with an extra side of blue cheese. They never give the extra side! So today I went in (usually bf goes) today my order came with NO blue cheese! Should have had 4, I got ZERO! Speak to a manager at first she gets an attitude with me and even says IF that happened..so I’m lying about how poor your workers are here huh?! She eventually apologized but made zero effort to make up for the last two weeks I paid for extra blue cheese that I didn’t receive! I like the food but the staff are TERRIBLE and can’t get a simple order right!! FRUSTRATING

Ordered stinger sub, must have said the words "hoogie sauce" at least 6 times. None to be had. This is the DRIEST SANDWICH EVER. Open your order and CHECK THAT IT'S CORRECT BEFORE LEAVING.
