“This location is better run than our US government and your local Chick Fil A. The service hear is borderline world class. The employees are boarder line robotic the way they work and their efficiency and quality. Even Elon musk would be jealous of this staff. The staff is so friendly you would think they are on something…which they are!….they are high on happiness! The manager, is always on point, knows everyone’s order, and sometimes strikes up a conversation about Antimatter. She seems to be very interested in this topic so if you have a chance, bring it up to her.“

“Our family has been using Balanced Body foods for about 7-8 months now and we love them. They are easy convenient, and they taste delicious. My personal favorite is the Mexican Taco Bowl. I recommend these meals because they are portion controlled, with recommended amounts of carbs, fat, and protein. They are calorie controlled so they fit into any diet plan. These meals have helped me lose almost 60 pounds in over a year. I recommend them to everyone.“

“Fun menu, friendly staff, nice sitting area. Gummy bear tea was sweet, tart and delicious. So many options that are refreshing and healthy. Will have to stop in again to try more flavors. Coffee was disappointing. Recommend sticking to their tea and shakes“

“Honestly, the best smoothie shop I’ve ever been to! It’s always so hard to pick a flavor because there are so many good ones on the classic menu and the specials board! My favorites: sweet jane, suspicious minds, solsbury hill, behind blue eyes and twist and shout! 😎 Maureen is creative, kind, thoughtful and the most generous business owner. She really makes the place such a warm and welcoming place to grab a delicious juice, salad or smoothie!“

“The ambiance of the shop is wonderful, and will bring a smile to your face as soon as you step inside. The idea of incorporating greenery, like the pothos plant, with a wide selection of juices and smoothies is a fantastic idea! The owner did a wonderful job with the decorations and let’s not forget the amazing talent she has for creating delicious juices!! She truly is talented. I tried the Tropical Green juice which is made with celery, pineapple, mint and lemon. After my first sip, I couldn’t stop drinking it. Who knew healthy drinks could taste so wonderful?! I can’t wait to try more flavors! (Added a photo of the bottle the juice came in, but didn’t get a photo of the wonderful green juice that it contained because it was gone in the blink of an eye!)“

“My niece told me I had to check the place out. She knows her Aunt welbeze! 😆 Seriously, the vibe is so positive it's actually soothing. The acai bowl is as good as the bowls I've had in Cali. The Chai Lattes were as yummy as the omelette. The bathrooms were clean. I'd recommend checking on the tp throughout the day. I went back to work and raved about the place...eats, drinks & staff were awesome! I'll be back!“

“Every time I visit Transform, I am greeted with a kind and inviting staff. Their meal replacements shakes taste amazing and make me feel so much better.

“Everything I like about Tropical Smoothie is here. This location is a little more difficult to access depending on traffic conditions and the parking is more difficult...at least when I was there. Also, FYI: THERE IS NO ACCESS FROM OLD FALLS BLVD, so if Google directs you that way, ignore it. The only direct access is from Niagara Falls Blvd.“
