My daughter recommended it for her 21st birthday and it was great They explained how to use everything and it had great service. They have a ton of food to select from. 5star

This is probably one of the best restaurants in the entire Buffalo area. I would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting or is from here to go and take a look. It’s got really great food and everyone who works here is super nice! Make sure to say Hi to the Robot!

Also it is open late, which most food places in and around Buffalo are not, if they are not a dive bar.

We had an amazing experience at the Korean BBQ, thanks to our fantastic server, Steven! From the moment we sat down, Steven made us feel welcomed and taken care of. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, and he made the whole process of grilling and enjoying the food so much fun!

Steven was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at just the right times. He helped us get the perfect sear on each piece, and his friendly personality made the meal memorable. If you’re dining here, definitely ask for Steven—you’ll be in for a great experience!

Would have been a good experience if they complied with ADA regulations! Upon 3 of us arriving, with one in a wheelchair, we were denied the privilege of being escorted to the table by the robot because the host said there was no room to go down the aisle with both the robot and the wheelchair! I didn't understand and the host allowed the robot to lead us with a warning to keep behind it. Then we were led to the booth in the farthest corner, as if to hide us. Again, I requested a table closer to the food and we were seated at a booth in another corner. There were absolutely NO tables in the restaurant and NO place for the wheelchair. The end of the booth is solid (no place to put legs under) and contained the controls for the cooking surfaces. My adult son had to transfer from his wheelchair onto the bench seat in order to be able to dine there. Once seated, he had to stay put, rather than go up to get his own food....because transferring over and over was not an option. We had to fold up the wheelchair to keep it out of the way in the narrow aisle. We also had to get our own forks and chop sticks while we saw other tables being given them when they were seated. We also had to ask for rice, while the server offered the other table rice automatically. Our table was not cleaned off often enough to give us room for eating. We were given the bill way before we were finished eating and well before our 90 minute time limit was up! We felt very disrespected, humiliated and awkward while dining there. We will not be going there again and I suggest no other wheelchair user attempt it either.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is NONE at all and diner must transfer out of their chair in order to be seated. Completely ignoring ADA requirements! There is no way to eat there while still in a wheelchair. They could have removed one bench seat for the booth, but refused, saying they had no place to move it to.

Wide selection of ingredients for hot pot, and an excellent array of grilled options. Sauce bar for dipping -- infuse additional flavors to your cooked food items. Dessert choices include ice cream sandwiches.

This was our first time having Hot Pot and KBBQ. Amazing experience! All of the meat we had was so fresh, tender, and sweet! The broth is hot and nice. Could use a bit more flavor but that's why you add meat and veggies! ? You have 90 minutes and paid about $36/person for BBQ and Hot Pot. The veggie, meat, seafood, mushroom, and noodle selection is amazing. Loved the sauce bar where you could make your own delicious creations too! Will definitely be back!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of mushrooms, veggies, and noodles for hot pot or BBQ!

Very very average hot pot and K-BBQ. I’ve been here a couple times, having tried both the hot pot and K-BBQ. I’d say the K-BBQ is the better choice. Maybe because this is Buffalo, where there’s barely any competition, so they can keep it average and charge a price that’s really not worth the experience. This place is nothing compared to what you can find in NYC for the same price or cheaper. Worth a try if you’ve never had hot pot or K-BBQ, but if you’ve had it in NYC or some other place, you’ll be disappointed. Unlike the other hot pot places I’ve been to where you get a tablet and order what you want, this is self-serve, like a buffet. The beef rolls are a very popular choice for hot pot, I get it at every hot pot restaurant I go to. But take a look at their beef rolls. Frozen and full with fat. I hope they’ll improve in the future by offering more and better quality options.

Our first time going Grace our server was very helpful when we arrived she walked us through the buffet set up, menu options and gave us suggestions on how we should cook the items. They have charts at the table for how long foods should be cooked. Very clean and fun atmosphere.would come back again.

Unique dining experience of combo self-cooking simultaneously of both Asian hot pot and K BBQ. Tried the combo and it was very very yummy but felt a bit rushed which dampened the fun due to the 90 minutes time limit. Veggie selection is great. Meat and seafood are plentiful but grade/cut might not be the best but still great ?. A bit pricey but still 5 stars from the nice whole package. A very busy place. Serving team is excellent ? Next time, I will stick with either hotspot or BBQ to maximize the enjoyment. Cooking both styles at the same time per person feels way too busy ?. One more great eatery for this town, yeah ?. And excellent dining experience and a little "workout" for especially for the winter time ?
