Didn’t get what I ordered. Burnt oil, chicken tastes bitter and super dark. Fries are cold and have been sitting for who knows how long. No napkins or straw.

I don’t normally give one star reviews but this KFC has done it. It’s been a while since I’ve had fried chicken so I thought I’d swing by KFC and grab something. The second I stepped in the door, I knew this place was gonna be bad. It smelled like sweaty socks in there. Either there’s rotten food in the back, this place isn’t cleaned properly, or the two workers on shift didn’t shower for days. While waiting for my order, I noticed the same worker that makes the orders doesn’t change his gloves after he manages the drive thru, and he was rude too. Didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. The chicken I got was also dry and horrible. Avoid at all costs.

The 8-piece chicken I received looked extremely dark and unappetizing, which made me question if the oil used for frying was fresh. The chicken's appearance suggested that the oil might not have been changed in a long time. This was disappointing and unacceptable for the standards expected from KFC.

What we received: 1. A bucket with 16 pieces of old, soggy chicken 2. 2 tiny containers of mashed potatoes 3. A tiny container of corn (???) 4. No sauce that we paid extra for
Haven't had KFC since I was a child so I was craving it extra hard. Completely over it now. Just go somewhere else.
Your meal will look like this if you order from here. And the lady in the front is very rude. When I came up and ask about it she was like “it’s just broken”and gave me a face with attitude saying “so what”…

My father and I had ordered a 8 piece and 2 sides and had to wait 10 minutes got home and sides were not there. We go back to get the sides and the ladies working were just hanging out in the window doing nothing. We tell all 3 women that we never got our sides and we get nasty looks and told we never ordered it and it didn't come with the chicken and that wasn't the point. And one of the women proceeds to insult and cus at us for the mistake they made. I will be contacting the owner and she will fired. Completely rude and unprofessional.
