We had our office brunch’s; placed order early in the morning, scheduled for pick up at 11:45 AM/ ordered was confirmed and pick up reminder is notified …. When we arrived to get the foods, not even a hello & our order weren’t ready until 12:22 … worst customers service ever we encountered! never again we will order there. Foods were excellent, customer services were the worst.

we stopped going to the location at 535 dick road Depew NY 14043 because the last few times when we visited that location the food was horrible. The chicken was dry. The biscuits were rock hard and a few times we had to wait quite a while for the food so we stopped going to that location today. 10/17/25 around 4:00 pm we decided to visit this location at 3269 Bailey ave in Amherst NY 14226 I stood at the counter for several minutes without anyone even acknowledging me and 2 employees looked right at me and did not say a word. There is no excuse for that no one even said I’ll be right with you nothing So we left horrible customer service

I think theirs something shady going on here at this location. I was there today around 11:30am and somebody said they can only take cash. He also said that his system was down and it would take an hour for it to come back up. You can take my money and I wouldn't be able to get a receipt? It's so dirty inside and out. I will not be back.

Always friendly to me and today I tried the apple pie poppers for the first time wow they are very good better than Popeyes and mc Donald's apple pie items very delicious taste like it was home made will get the largest one next time !! And the eat in or done in eat was full today nice friendly worker.

Not only was my chicken over cooked and dry but so we're the attitudes of both employees I encounters.The wait time was 23 minutes for two 3 piece tender meals that I was charged 20 dollars even and was told there was no receipt that the machine was down my first and last time I will ever go there . Replace all employees at this location they seem as if I was a bother to them for coming into the drive-thru if you don't like your job FIND A NEW ONE

Poor service from the staff. They act as if they were in competition. They don't make themselves understood about what they're offering. They shout and don't provide complete information. They overcharge, often for orders. They make a mistake when taking away and want to charge extra for a change.

Customer service was way off employee on phone. When I let them know that the self serve soda machine tasted bad. Didn’t even care . Just walked away and continued on phone. I keep trying to support my neighborhood Restaurants. But the service is horrible. Next time I Uber to a different location and not in the city of Buffalo Ny. Food was okay. Location could use a deep cleaning.
