I ordered chicken, extra crispy and original. I couldn’t Tell the difference because the grease was so dirty. The chicken was soggy. I would never go there again. I had more batter than chicken. They need to change the grease

I was visiting a friend next door to this KFC location and was thrilled because I love their food but there are no KFC rstaurants located conveniently near my house or daily driving routes. Since I would literally only have to go next door I went online to view a menu and put in the zipcode to make sure the prices were for this exact location, just as the KFC website directed me to do. I knew I had enough money to purchase what I wanted and tried to order through the drive-thru since it was pouring rain outside. I was told to pull up to the window for my total, which I assumed would be $6.57 based on the price the website quoted me with tax. However, when I arrived at the window I was told it would come to $10.93 with tax. I was astonished and asked the young lady working the window why the price was so different from the website quote. She said the website price is the website price and the store price is more. I asked why a location is picked online to reflect accurate menu items and pricing if the total was going to be completely different. She was very rude and said, "It just is". I asked the price of the items I ordered at the store and to my surprise the biscuits are $1.19 for that location online, but $2.79 in store. I explained that I could noy afford the price in store and would have to cancel my order. The lady gave me a very nasty look and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I will NEVER go back to this location based on my one experience that day. I suggest that KFC lovers, like myself, find another location, or another restaurant entirely to get their chicken and biscuit fix.

I would not recommend KFC on Bailey Avenue to my worst enemy. this is the second time we never got everything we asked for and we paid for it. we asked for a a KFC Bowl with just mashed potatoes and french fries in it we asked for the chicken nuggets never got it but we paid for it the pop was watery. you need to do something about your service and quit taking people's money without giving them what they ask for or close
They are rude and do not give solutions to 2 requests. poorly sent. and they leave you waiting. online customer service.

I placed the order through the drive-through. The cashier got my order wrong when I got to the window and explain to her she told me I either had to come in or drive back around through the drive-through. She was very rude and up notches so I pulled off it’s not a very happy customer. Thank you.

Would give ZERO STARS if I could they literally put one piece of chicken in my famous bowl, they are supposed to be loaded with chicken bites not one tiny burnt piece. They dropped my change and didn't put it in my hand so I had to get out of the car to get my change, they had my food upside down on the bag so it got everywhere. Do not ever go to this location, they are beyond rude! Will never go back here again

I ordered online. When I went to pick up they closed the lobby. It was 8:45, they said lobby open till 10:00 pm. My order was crispy breast, but they gave me regular thigh. Horrible experience
I order crispy.i think they took original and breaded it and fried it.my sweet tea taste like every soda mixed together,but when I called the manager she was very nice and put me in the books for a free

They sold me spoiled chicken through Uber Eats. I called told them they sold me spoiled chicken, the guy that answered asked if I got it through Uber Eats. I asked to talk to a manager he hung up on me then took the phone off the hook so It kept being busy when I called back. I will do everything in my power to have that place shut down. The just messed with the wrong person. I'm well connected.

This location is KFC worst restaurant, why you ask? Cold No Heat, chicken is soggy, floor at the order counter wet an slippery from the snow, front entry door loaded with snow, not shoveled and no salt, horrible service from order taker, restaurant dark an gloomy, I'll never never buy anything from this location ever again, that is the Millersport/Bailey store!
