If you can’t be nice or Act like a civilized human being please do not work a fast food or customer service job. This is a nice neighborhood , Not friendly customer service at all. Complete attitude and choppy tone through the whole order. Lazy , & rude. I don’t understand how you could be making so much money and still be so mad and miserable , sad. Nowadays we give anyone jobs , even people who are stuck in their misery , CLEARLY.

Over charged for my order! This evening drove through and ordered 12-piece chicken tender as usual. The price has a huge surge (from $15.49 to $22.99), more than 50%! What's even worse is the online price still shows $15.49, and the cashier said the price is set by the private owner of the branch. There is no transparency for their price.

This review is not about the food although it's not bad since there is a taco bell and KFC here, so there a lot to choose from. Instead I decided to give 5 stars to the management because the guy is such a nice person that even though it's food you already know, the way they treat you makes you feel like if you're visiting your uncle or some other family. Great people really!

If you need a recommendation about going to KFC then you've been living on a different planet, in that case. Try it, you'll like it. I personally prefer the original recipe, some prefer the crispy recipe. Too much of fried food will clogged your arteries.

After reading some reviews, I didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised by the reality. The food was great and the service was cheerful and fast and outstanding.

These people just want to grab your money and that is all they care about. Every employee, that I saw, had their nose out of the mask. I got a bowl of instant potatoes that were still instant. Not even the effort to hydrate the potatoes properly. Not rocket science just lazy. My chicken was extra, extra crispy. I have no idea how long it sat under the lights. If it doesn't sell in a certain period of time, throw it away. You just ruin the franchise putting out a product like this BUT then they don't care!

They were out of the chicken that I wanted. Told me at the drive thru it would take around 7 minutes to make it. I wasn't happy but I pulled up and waited. When they brought out my order, it included one of their full chocolate cakes. It was delicious and well worth the wait!
