If you can’t be nice or Act like a civilized human being please do not work a fast food or customer service job. This is a nice neighborhood , Not friendly customer service at all. Complete attitude and choppy tone through the whole order. Lazy , & rude. I don’t understand how you could be making so much money and still be so mad and miserable , sad. Nowadays we give anyone jobs , even people who are stuck in their misery , CLEARLY.

This is as reliable a Kentucky fried chicken as you will find anywhere. The fried chicken is very consistent, whether you go for the regular or extra crispy. The sides are very consistent, from the smooth mashed potatoes to the surprisingly good coleslaw and assorted other options. This restaurant is clean, the staff are courteous and if you crave Kentucky fried chicken, when you crave it, you will not be disappointed by this location.

Only came here because I went to the target nearby. Picking up something for my mother. 1. Location had no ice. I thought no problem the machine makes it kinda of cold. 2. Location had no cold fountain drinks. I opt for water. 3. When time to pay, weren't friendly and didn't even tell me my total or offered a receipt. 4. I bring my mother the food, luckily I was sitting in the right spot because I saw a long blonde hair on the chicken just before she ate it. Hair about 12-16in in length. 5. When I call the Manager, Jeff, to ask for a refund he did not apologize, only told me that I would need to bring the food back in order to get a refund. I live 25 min away so coming back wasn't ideal. But I do not know any restaurant during the pandemic that would accept outside food regardless of situation. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Especially reading that this location has had issues for over 5 years. Pretty sad. Definitely needs new management and better safety practices/teaching. If there's hair on the chicken who knows what else is on the food they serve. Will update on possible refund.

I was excited to try the beyond nuggets combo, so I stopped at the drive thru for lunch to order. I ordered and paid for the combo but was only given 6 of the beyond nuggets, no dipping sauce, no fries, and no drink.... I didn't care too much about not having the drink so I didn't say anything but no dipping sauce or fries.... why did I pay so much then? The person who handed me my order didn't say a word to me and I even asked, is that everything? He gave a thumbs up and then turned to prepare the next order.

Kevin the "shift manager" was unexceptionally rude and told off the customer in front us just because she told them her order was wrong yesterday. I didn't even get served by Kevin because he was fighting with the customer and saying she was wrong. It was his job to apologize for the inconvenience not be rude to the customer. This man needs to get fired, he has no respect for anyone and is ignorant. Kevin needs to go.

Definitely has gone downhill. Paid for a box of biscuits and this is what we got. Chicken sandwiches had sauce pouring out the sides. The fries were good though. If you go here, definitely do not go through the drive thru as this is the quality of food they push through the window.

Over charged for my order! This evening drove through and ordered 12-piece chicken tender as usual. The price has a huge surge (from $15.49 to $22.99), more than 50%! What's even worse is the online price still shows $15.49, and the cashier said the price is set by the private owner of the branch. There is no transparency for their price.

This review is not about the food although it's not bad since there is a taco bell and KFC here, so there a lot to choose from. Instead I decided to give 5 stars to the management because the guy is such a nice person that even though it's food you already know, the way they treat you makes you feel like if you're visiting your uncle or some other family. Great people really!

If you need a recommendation about going to KFC then you've been living on a different planet, in that case. Try it, you'll like it. I personally prefer the original recipe, some prefer the crispy recipe. Too much of fried food will clogged your arteries.
