Everything about this McDonald’s is what you expect BUT the wait time, especially for the drive through. Not sure if they are short on employees during the day and night, but the wait time is insane, so if you want a quick drive through experience do not come here.

Ignorant. Lazy. Lack of manners. They will ignore you for the most part. They pick up fries from the floor and put it back in the fryer. They touch their phones while handling food. They are right & the customer isn't to them.

I'll start by saying they are very lazy and ignorant here. I made a door dash order here and the dasher said he specifically asked were the drinks in the bag because for the order it did not look like they could be. The person that served him said they were. Of course he did not break the seal so he asked me to before he left. Not 1 drink included. So I called McDonald's 1st they acted as if they could not find the order then when I gave them what was on the receipt the bum that I was speaking to was relaying it to some one else I have the whole convo recorded on my phone when trying to tell his manager what I was missing and who I ordered under he kept saying whatever so is this who you give your money to I will be at Mcdonalds tomorrow sir!!!!!

We pulled up to the drive thru and sat for about five/ten minutes with noone saying anything. When we asked if someone was there they had attitude that we even asked and told us to give her a minute. After we ordered we still had to wait. We were not the only car frustrated with how slow the service was, as some cars were getting out of line because of the wait. We did not get a receipt for our food, and when we got home realized they had shorted us some of our food. Spent over $40 and an overall a horrible experience.

The worst... They gave me a half opened sauce that they taped closed. I asked for my drinks without ice, they put ice in them anyway and didn't bother to fill my cup. I asked her to fill my cup, and she says "that's as high as it goes...". Fries are rock hard, sandwiches cold, and the Sprite doesn't taste like Sprite... This location is diabolical. Just go somewhere else; Complete waste of money.

I gave her the restaurant mobile code, and she said it was not a good code. She then proceeds to tell me they have no sausage or steak for the breakfast menu. Well, I wanted to order 2 sausage sandwiches! I just left. No apologies for waiting, or being inconvenienced. Terrible customer service. Last time I go there. Do better!
