There is this scam going on where people at fast food customer service, take a debit card, and swipe it twice. The first time in their payment system and the second time to record your cards information, when I handed my card I made a 1 dollar and 8 cent purchase with my debit card, the first purchase I made in a while, the lady took a long time with my card, and it was way longer then normal and I was suspicious as I saw a lot of movement with my card and that’s when I really started to get suspicious I noticed she glanced back and walked to scan my card at the front window and I got confused why she was walking around with my card so much. This purchase was on januarary 11th 2025 at around 11-1:00 PM, 5 hours later my account automatically deactivated itself because of 3 suspicious attempts of buying things from Walmart.com that costed #1 180$, #2 90$ and #3 110$ all done within the same timeframe. My mind instantly shot into the drive through I went to McDonald’s the following morning…

There are absolutely must be an employee at the counter working at all times this needs to be a policy for every single McDonald's. You can never get help waiting for over 15 minutes. An employee is just walk by and pretending like you don't exist.

I just ordered 3 sandwiches on the mobile app my order details are as follows Check-In# DR28-1527472 10/31/2024 07:15:02 PM I ordered spicy deluxe for a reason because i love the sauce but who ever made my sandwich did not put any sauce in them like what does it take to add sauce to the sandwiches always do check your sandwiches before you take your order away very disappointed with the sandwiches

At night it is busy very busy. College students usually hanging out ( freshman). The location here is not in a bad area so you feel safe. Did service not bad they forgot my fries but it happens they rectified right away. But my advice is check your order since they are always packed.
