Says open 24 hours. I work late shifts and odd hours. Only restaurant apparently open. They refuse to answer the window at weird hours when people are inside. Waste my time more. I will keep coming back and complaining. Sat at window Monday 12/8, I even pulled up to the drive-through window and the clearly saw me. Very unprofessional they cannot even answer the window to tell me to wait, but ignore the customer. Also two people inside working by the way. Mcdonalds is proving to be un reliable at odd hours unlike they used to be known for. Sad times we live in with bad quality service.

Has to be the worst service McDs. Twice in one week they got the order wrong. My meal comes with ranch and we paid for 4 more, they gave us zero. Tonight, we ordered extra onions on the burgers and they all came with none. The buns they gave us are rock hard.

This is my favorite McDonalds. The people are so nice and the food is always fresh! It’s also super clean which is a plus.

Placed my take out order yesterday 9/10/25 arount 4:30 pm. In the Happy Meal we ordered we found a used crumbled up napkin. This Filet o Fish [pictured] was sadly, the better of the two that I was served . We've been customers at this this location for over 40 years but have found the quality of your food has really degraded over the last year. Such a shame

The McDonald's on Transit Rd, in Depew, in front of Walmart is hit or miss. Sometimes the meal is excellent, sometimes not so great, sometimes awful. The last two egg McMuffins that I've had there, the muffin itself has been stale and hard as a rock. The last time I had a biscuit sandwich, the biscuit was perfection. Last week I had a chicken wrap, it was very good, fresh and hot.
