At night it is busy very busy. College students usually hanging out ( freshman). The location here is not in a bad area so you feel safe. Did service not bad they forgot my fries but it happens they rectified right away. But my advice is check your order since they are always packed.

Best service so far. Friendly staff, clean dinning area, table side service ( very few Mac-d provided), and fast what else do one happy customer need? Sara B and her team keep it up. Definitely visiting every day for my coffee.thanks you guys

This is certainly one of the better McDonalds when it comes to the atmosphere. It is well maintained inside as well as outside. Even the crowd seemed much more hip than the one you find at a typical fast food joint. Perhaps being near to the UB campus helps in that aspect. However, the price of the food is high in line with the rest of the country in general.
