The manager was too busy talking to realize she has orders and needs to not yell. She was yelling about her high school days and how the football team was with here all of them. My boyfriend and I were disgusted with this topic as we were eating. It is not ok that we could hear her on the other side of the restaurant. She also made rude comments about one worker who was the only person doing his job. Disgusted with how this went down!! That guy was so sweet. At 9 pm on 3/12/25. The gentleman was working fries. I’ve order here twice now in the past week after thinking the first time was just a fluke but I’ve ordered on uber eats no picked and extra onions and to spite me they literally put 10 pickles on each and no onions. Now I’m all for a good laugh, but I buy a 2 cheeseburger meal and it’s really disappointing especially since I really do hate pickles. (I know could be a red flag, I get it) but why do you hate me to put TEN and the NO onions at all. Additionally you also put regular coke instead of Diet Coke, which like okay when your eating McDonald’s does it really matter but I’m a girl and those calories do matter :’( so I don’t drink it bc I also order hot fudge sundae which in my mind is okay to have because I had diet :p Coke. But now I’m forced to face a harsh friction of drinking my sugary beverage or enjoying my sugary ice cream. Obviously the ice cream wins. But anyways please, whoever hurt you in life, it wasn’t me. Please stop this madness. I’m just a human ordering food after a long day at work. If you’re gonna put extra pickles to be silly can u plz plz plz put the extra onions. I just want my mouth to burn from the onions to FEEL something.

Just spent $200 attempting to order our dinner again. Thats $50 per person for 4 meals. First order was missing ALL drinks, missing half the food. They don't refund anything except what was missing. Enjoy those $100 fries, then enjoy that burger a half hour later. Which is still wrong. NEVER order extra bacon or toppings on a bacon quarter pounder, it will have 1 slice of bacon. We've spoken to supervisors, managers. I can't understand why we pay minimum wage so much when they read a screen, count bags, pick up bags, and drive to an address. Can't even get it right. Multiple times in a row. Vanilla milk shakes were strawberry once we finally got our drinks. My son never got his drink. If I was allowed to drive at night I would have gone to the store...but lack of vision prevents me from driving at night. Hence ordering delivery. I tip VERY well hoping it will be right, to no avail. Original order, 7:30PM. Started eating 9PM. $200!!!!!!

I went through the drive-thru and I was using the McDonald's app to gain points. I haven't used it that often I didn't realize that they would try to charge your card before accepting cash. So I did pay with cash and then when I got home I noticed that my venmo account declined two times I only keep money in it when I know I'm going to use it. I called and just to make sure I wouldn't be charged later or that something funny wouldn't happen. Jeremy was very helpful and friendly. He wasn't annoyed in any way with me asking questions he deserves a raise! He put my mind at ease, lots of people no matter the industry when you call in they have bad attitudes, Jeremy was great!!! And as corny as it is I'm going to post this picture of the rainbow that was in your guys parking lot when I was leaving!!

Ordered pickup through drive thru. At first I thought I was just given the wrong size drink. Went in and had it fixed. I checked my food before pulling away and realized I had the wrong order. The manager claims he didn't even see my order and did fix it. But then where did this food come from you handed me?! The fries are always oily and have no salt anymore at this location. 9/10/24

There was no one in front of me at the register when I walked up. I waited for 5 mins just for someone to come take my order and then I waited 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches and a 4 piece chicken nugget. The lettuce on the McChicken sandwich was sour. There was 2 doordash drivers waiting for their pickups standing off to the side and only 4 family's sitting in the dinning area so I'm not sure why it was so bad tonight. We never had issues with the franchise before.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s in the area. If you want to sit in line for 30+ minutes every time you want a quick meal, this might be the place for you. If not, head down the road, because this place is slower than molasses in January. They will also give you the incorrect order.
