they gave me the wrong food. I put my hand in to check and then returned it. They then handed that same bag to someone else; health code violation to say the least. then 3 out of 4 sandwiches were wrong. they get remade and 2 our of 3 are wrong. I decided maybe I should count my nuggets. well someone can't count 20 PC is now 18 PC. a plain hamburger had ketchup, mayo I think, and lord knows what else.
horrible customer service.
your new process and delivery food to table isn't working or your employees don't like it. and what manager allows an employee to walk out from behind the counter and attack a customer.

McDonald's in the GBA is a pleasant place to dine in, earning 4 stars. Despite occasional food errors, it remains a good location. The manager and crew provide exceptional service, with decorations and activities. A young man at the window offered friendly service and comped a coffee. This McDonald's strives to provide a special experience with attentive staff. Keith was a highlight, friendly and welcoming, with hot and good food. Employees have great attitudes and are very friendly. The place is very clean and offers good service.
