It's just a little irritating that it's considered fast food yet it could take 15 or 20 minutes for you to get in order sometimes she makes it a little ridiculous to me I can do it sit down and order a real burger for 10-15 more minutes.. so I would not consider this fast food.. depending on where you go and what time.. plus snack wraps are awful now and skiiiiimpy

This is my first time complaining about McDonald's. The management at this store is chaotic. A bunch of staff in the kitchen seemed to be doing nothing. I ordered a simple breakfast burger, and even though there weren't many customers, I waited for over half an hour! They forgot my order, and I only started making it again after I went to the counter and told the manager. And there was no apology, just a bunch of excuses.

This is the best McDonald's in Buffalo. If I'm by this McDonald's I'm always stopping for a Mcdouble with mac sauce. Staff is always nice, quick and friendly. 10/10

Came to order food when the drive through line was to the street. Decided to go inside when I was completely ignored and skipped over. When I finally got to order and got my food, it was absolutely ice cold like it has been sitting on the counter for a while. First time at this location, definitely the last.
