Moe's Southwest Grill

Welp guys this is the saddest meal ever and my wife paid $10 for. Chipotle would have never did this. The worst part is, this is my first meal of the day.

The new remodel made this place look very bland and commercial. Great food, good chips and burritos, nice queso. A little cold in the restaurant. The two female employees working the counter gave us a very bored and quiet “Welcome to Moe’s” and then immediately returning to their conversation about the woes of life. But they were friendly overall. Tables were clean, and the soda machine was all filled up and working, which is rare for those! Very adorable decorations, especially the line of stockings above the front door and windows.

I am 77 yrs old and I love eating out and I have had a lot of experience at eating out and I must say this is the absolute worst restaurant we have ever ate out and the food was horrible, plus very expensive! It went right into the trash where it belonged!

Converted Moe's cash to rewards points. Can only get one reward at a time now. Can could be used for whatever. Workers could care less about you. Food has become subpar. Don't waste your time.

Great options looking forward to coming back to try that one cheese tortilla taco. You should change your tip jar to one that fits your store theme and or food quality and the presence you want people to feel…cheers to more rewards. Thanks!

My husband and I went into Moe's near 78th Street & Niagara Falls Blvd on 4/13/25. We dined in so we were there for awhile. I observed the female employee, Nautica, working non-stop the entire time, waiting on customers, cleaning, refilling whatever needed refilling. She was very polite, professional & friendly! She worked like she owned the place, caring about everything. This woman deserves a management position!! Also, Nyrue was friendly & professional! We will be back & hope Nautica will become a manager one day!! Lisa Magliazzo

rice uncooked for sure, the whole meal was super salty isn’t worth the money for eating something that I can barely swallow. Food isn’t eatable!!

TRASH. .. we went there last Saturday . White rice was uncooked, the guacamole was brown,all the bean was dry the chicken has no seasoning, we found a hair in the queso. it was the worst 🤮 Moe's I ever been .

Gross. Changed the steak and literally used to be the only good protein. Its disgusting and very expensive. Would not recommend.
