I’m not normally one to leave a bad review but the employees at this Moe’s need an attitude adjustment. The staff was rude and acted as if it was an inconvenience to make our food.

Was there at 5 today. Terrible service 2 out of 3 workers there were rude. Tge seemed like they did not want to work at all. Did not listen when I was ordering. So she just giving me want I did not want. Made her make again. Lady at end did not ask what size queso I wanted just gave me small one. Made her change it. Two of the worse workers the one worker in middle adding the additional items like onions and olives and quac was only employee that was efficient and respectful

Moes was always great but man have they taken a fall! Food is nowhere near as good and service is absolutely awful! Everyone is miserable and clueless when using your app or for getting your points.

Been ordering a few times for lunch at work, they always make my bowl beautifully & fill it perfect. My ingredients are never missing and it tastes fresh. Thank you!

I was staying at a nearby hotel and arrived around 8:45 pm and I was so happy to see Moe's nearby and open until 10 pm! We don't have Moe's out in Vegas, and I remember liking it pretty well back in the day. Plus, it seemed like a better option that the usual fried, fatty fast food. They were indeed open, but when I walked in the door at 8:50, the employees were already cleaning. Chairs were up so you couldn't sit in the dining room to eat, and all of the iced tea, lemonades, and the salsa bar had all been taken up already! WITH OVER AN HOUR UNTIL CLOSING TIME! The food was even worse. It was obvious they had the food out of the warming tray, because everything was kind of just sitting out in bins on the counter. The employees acted like they were annoyed I had come in to eat, but it's worth noting that at least half a dozen more customers came in well after I had started to consume my meal. The music in the restaurant was so loud that I literally could not hear what the employees behind the counter were saying to me. That's not cool when I need to tell them what I want in my burrito! None of the ingredients were labelled, so I had no idea what each type of rice was called, what the different sauces were called, etc., and the girl making my burrito acted like she thought I was totally stupid. The service was amateurish and unfriendly, which isn't a great combination. I got through the line quickly and sat down to eat, and my food was cold. Not just lukewarm but straight up COLD. This was because the ingredients weren't being kept in any kind of warming tray, and they didn't even warm up or press my burrito or tortilla or anything. This was the most disappointing to me, having cold food! I guess I should've complained, but what's the point? I had to beg for some small containers of salsa, which shouldn't have been my problem because THEY are the ones who took up the salsa bar way before closing. That is so irritating, the restaurants should not do that. If you close at 10, then close at 10, not 90 minutes before the posted time. At least the tortilla chips were warm and tasty. Other than that, this was one of the most disappointing meals ever. I am upset that I wasted money and tummy room on Moe's. Not sure if it is just this location or the entire franchise, but NEVER AGAIN.

This is there" LARGEST BURRITO"..... THIS IS NOT A $12 DOLLAR BURRITO!!! It's smaller then a damn $2 tacobell burrito!!! every single time at this location!!!

The protein portion control is unacceptable (literally 9 cubes of meat) and, of course are beyond generous with their serving size of rice. They also need to reassess their claim of premium sirloin steak. We are not local and have been to other Moe's locations, but this one was the worst I have been to in the East Coast.

This is the second of two times recently that the food has been top notch, so I felt compelled to write a review. Easily some of if not the best Moe’s I’ve ever had, both burritos easily top 5 of all time. I mean every single piece of meat is exactly the same size. The chips a nice golden brown. A religious experience, if you will. I’m not sure if there is a higher power but if there is, they would happily choose this Moe’s as the best.

This place used to be amazing now they are no better than Chipotle with the tiny portions and ignorant manager ...do not eat here go to the Moe's in Niagara falls it's much nicer and the staff is absolutely amazing .

I've eaten at Moe's twice this week as I'm in town for a short period of time and have an old gift card that has to be used before I go back to Miami. Earlier this week I ate at their North Buffalo location which was great everything from the service food and restaurant cleanliness was exemplary. Tonight I ate at the Amherst location and it was a very different story. I walked in not to be acknowledged at all. Their traditional "Welcome to Moe's" was nonexistent despite having a full staff behind the counter. In fact I stood there even though there was no one else in line only to watch the girl behind the counter put together 4 burritos from an online order even though I was a party of one and right there. In fact it took so long I started to wonder if I was better off putting an online order in while I was standing there. After being acknowledged finally she did apologize for the delay so I will give her that. After going through their counter service assembly line style for my burrito bowl, I proceeded to find a tabl as I was dining in. Despite being 70% empty every table in the dining area was completely filthy and there was no one cleaning in sight. After picking the least filthiest table and cleaning it myself I walked to the salsa bar to find that ridiculously filthy as well. Spilled salsa all over the place that looked like it was sitting there forever and near empty salsa bins. There was even a random plastic salsa cup that was obviously touched by another customer sitting in my favorite El Guapo salsa (see picture), completely unsanitary conditions. As someone who is typically far from squeamish I was concerned about the conditions I was eating in this evening. Cold staff, pig stye dining room, and the food was, well its Moe's food. Not necessarily gourmet but what you would expect. Very disappointing to see a restaurant seem like they could care less about customer experience especially when they have so much competition in that Niagara Falls blvd area.
