Slowest service ever. We were there at 2:30, not a busy time. The waitress mostly seemed to wander aimlessly.

Not impressed. The service was poor and our meals were of poor quality. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and found the cutlets to be tough and unflavored. The sauce was thick and brown in color which offered a strong acidic flavor. It appeared to have been made days ago. My husband had the chicken cacciatore which resembled shredded chicken with mushy onions and peppers possibly cooked in that same brown acidic sauce days ago. The texture and appearance was slop on the plate. The pasta itself was on point as it was Al Dante. Server was not interested in asking why my dish had 2 bites taken from it and our glasses sat empty from half way through the meal until we asked the hostess for take out containers and our check. The hostess provided our containers, and then the server brought our check and asked if we wanted another drink as she was preparing to hand us our check. It was a slow night as there were only a total of 4 tables. I'm not sure why the service was so poor. Overall, the restaurant itself offered a nice ambience, but kitchen and service could use some guidance.

Over the years my family and I have given our patronage to My Tomato Pie many, many times. This past Saturday will likely be our final visit.

We put in an order for takeout, as we often do, and yet again our order was at least 30 minutes delayed. I say yet again, because our last 5 visits have been similar to this occurrence.

While inside, 5-10 minutes went by before someone even came to check the front desk to ask me if I needed help. And I was not the only one who was waiting for their order. All of the other people were also past their respective pickup times. (I overheard the huffs and grumbles while waiting for my food to be ready). During my long wait, I heard the hostess, say, "were backed up, we had to shut down online ordering". Now I understand it's not her fault that they were understaffed, but if that's the case, just shut down online ordering as a whole. It just creates an even more unsavory experience. If you cannot handle online ordering, at a Pizzeria in WNY, don't offer it.

Now to my food. I waited over an hour for a very, very, sub par focaccia sandwich. And to cap it all off, they forgot both my sides, they got my wife's salad order completely wrong, and I was so frustrated I never bothered to go in to fix it, fearing it would be another 20 minute wait.

It will be a very long time (if ever), before I go back and try My Tomato Pie again.

I usually don't leave a response but for here I had to. First when we arrived it was kinda confusing between a dollar general and a tanning saloon but overall ok area. We were seated by a hostess, the. Greeted by our waitress which I mite add very pleasant and down to earth. I ordered the stuffed banana peppers and buffalo eggs rolls as an app and the steak and banana pizza. It was average wait time. Now the exciting part!!!! The food was absolutely amazing peppers mild in heat prepared well , the buffalo egg rolls O M G!!! That's all. Now the steak pizza is probably one of the best pizza I have eaten in the 38 years I have been alive fresh dough fresh sauce w.e it was. It was fantastic and the rest of Ingredients were amazing. I give this place a 4.9 almost perfect.

A few days ago I visited the place, When I arrived I asked to use the bathroom and the person at the reception was so rude, she treated me as if I was homeless, she told me that to use the bathroom I had to order something first, if I planned to eat there But I really needed to go to the bathroom, I'm a woman, So I left and used the public bathroom in the area, they didn't even give me the chance to eat there because with such a detestable staff, I can't even imagine the food.
