Nothing Bundt Cakes

bad service. basic menu with zero creativity.

The staff is completely RUDE. I would never set foot in that store again nor would I suggest anyone else going there.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I have a ton of kids, because I’ve fostered and adopted many children through the years, and they all love receiving their birthday cakes from here. Today was one of my many kids birthdays . So I excitedly made a pitstop to grab a lemon or lemon raspberry cake for my daughter‘s birthday today . The same store I’ve been going to for years . They know me well here. I enter the store and though there were two workers no one acknowledged me. These two workers were young, and obviously must be somewhat new as I had never seen them before . At first, I thought nothing of it and figured someone would soon address me so I waited around a while but still no acknowledgment. ** Here’s the worst part , During my wait time, I could hear a man in the back of the store very loudly either vomiting or making dry heaving sounds. I could hear other female voices too laughing. This continued on for sometime while I still stood waiting to be addressed . I mean , if even to be told, “we’ll be with you in a minute.” That would have been nice. However, that never happened and I got to continue listening to the vomiting sounds that kept rolling out of the back where they’re baking people‘s cakes‼️‼️ 🤮Finally, it was so loud and gross it honestly got to me. I gave up on being acknowledged and decided to just leave and go get my daughter a cake elsewhere. Looking back , I’m glad I wasn’t acknowledge because then I would’ve felt obligated to commit to buying a cake despite the disgusting sounds that I was hearing in the back. I’m not sure if a flavor of a cake was causing somebody to vomit or dry heave but I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back . It truly turned my stomach . I have no clue what they were doing to Customer’s cakes back there. Maybe that’s why there is a wall up where people can’t see the baking area? My time was seriously wasted and the experience definitely ruined me as a customer. And as far as an additional side note goes , please train your workers, despite whatever age you choose to hire at, to at least acknowledge customers when they walk in the door . In doing so it will make them feel like they are somewhat important or at least their money is. For the record , this just happened 30 minutes ago at the Waco TX location.

The gender reveal cake was beautiful and so delicious! Very glad we ordered from them thank you very much. Cake was moist, soft, and the frosting was just amazing great job!

The cakes are good but it’s a little ridiculous that a customer would be refused one plastic fork when they ask just because it’s not a bulk order.

Delivery of the most beautiful mini cakes fancy presentation fancy bag. Fantastic flavor omg the kids were fighting for them I need more. Love will order again immediately

These mini Bundt cakes are delicious. They are so moist and the cream cheese frosting on the red velvet is amazing. I also got the chocolate chocolate chip and I can’t wait to try it!
Will be returning anytime I’m out in the Northtowns.

What A Gift I gave Myself Today!!! Got the chocolate chocolate chip and it turns out to be utterly moist, tasting fabulous and OH MY STARS THAT FROSTING!!!! Sheer perfection - it’s so smooth and so creamy - and I can’t identify that taste —— YET!
Got my dear cake at the North Tonawanda Farmers Market - and now after slowly devouring this deliciousness - am so mad I didn’t grab the STRAWBERRY CREAM (for me) and the CARROT for my daughter! Gotta go find this business! I’ve never purchased anything Bundt in my life till today!!!
That seller was shining bright but he could not describe the perfection of this creation!

We have gone many times and bought numerous products today last 2 visits we have been disappointed last dozen bundtinis seemed smaller than previous 3 or4 times we purchased them today got a 30 dollar cake when I opened the box I expected something around the size of a cake you would make in a bundt pan at home If this is the size they have always been for the money very disappointed looks like it shrunk in the box plus for the first time of getting something at this location found the cake to be dry not sure like I said for my go to place this might change ?

Please don’t park on the sidewalk at events, it’s not fair for people with mobility issues, parents with strollers, etc.

The cakes are so moist and never disappoint. I’ve always had great experiences in the shop, the staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of sampling several flavors at the Buffalo Wine Festival. These Bundt cakes are amazing! Delicious and super moist! Bought several mini Bundts to bring home and my family loved them! I will be visiting your bakery soon!
