I ordered a cake to take to my picnic, they gave me the wrong cake, I called them from my event and they told me to bring it back, well now it was cut and 3/4 of it was gone, my friends (25) of them from the club had it for their dessert. The manager settled for me to take pictures of the cake and said she would give me a gift certificate for another I told her I'd be in the next day. I went there the next day showed the manager on duty the pictures while explaining what happened she proceeded to the back room to call the other manager and she came out and told me that they would not be giving me a certificate for another cake $42 mind you but they would give me another cake for half price so now this wrong cake that I received was going to cost me a total of $63 and the little snot insinuated that I was lying about the cake because sometimes you can't see the rasberry that's in the batter I told her you sure can taste it though needless to say very bad business practice. I asked who I could talk to higher up she told me to write to
corporate, I believe that they are franchised but she wouldn't tell me their name or give me any information. This is the last time I will be buying from this establishment and I will spread the word.

Albany, NY I’m incredibly disappointed by how my mother and I were treated today—especially since we’ve supported this business for years. While shopping for my son’s birthday supplies, we stopped in to browse cake decorations. My mom briefly picked up a pack of napkins she liked to show me, then put them right back. After looking around a bit more and not finding what we needed, we left. A minute after getting into our car, an employee came outside and accused us of stealing paper plates. We were stunned and honestly humiliated. We immediately invited them to check our bags and car, as we had absolutely nothing to hide. What made the situation even more embarrassing was seeing other employees and customers watching from inside the shop window. After realizing their mistake, the employee apologized and offered us coupons—which we declined. The damage was already done. This was an upsetting and unacceptable experience. We will not be returning.

First timer here. Wife surprised me for my birthday with a nice little selection. These are absolutely delicious. Carrot cake is very good. Lemon is good too. Churro is fantastic blueberry lemon was great too.

The cake is so mosit and delicious. The frosting is sweet so there is just enough with the amount on the cake. They do a great job!

The girl at counter not very friendly or customer service friendly. She didn’t ask if she could help me just stood there with mask on letting me stand behind customer I thought she was helping. Here we go with the racism. I made a purchase and she didn’t even say thank you. I had to say it for her because I have manners. Will not be spending my money here ever again. Will let all my fellow veterans and Nfta bus drivers know how I was treated.

The staff is completely RUDE. I would never set foot in that store again nor would I suggest anyone else going there.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I have a ton of kids, because I’ve fostered and adopted many children through the years, and they all love receiving their birthday cakes from here. Today was one of my many kids birthdays . So I excitedly made a pitstop to grab a lemon or lemon raspberry cake for my daughter‘s birthday today . The same store I’ve been going to for years . They know me well here. I enter the store and though there were two workers no one acknowledged me. These two workers were young, and obviously must be somewhat new as I had never seen them before . At first, I thought nothing of it and figured someone would soon address me so I waited around a while but still no acknowledgment. ** Here’s the worst part , During my wait time, I could hear a man in the back of the store very loudly either vomiting or making dry heaving sounds. I could hear other female voices too laughing. This continued on for sometime while I still stood waiting to be addressed . I mean , if even to be told, “we’ll be with you in a minute.” That would have been nice. However, that never happened and I got to continue listening to the vomiting sounds that kept rolling out of the back where they’re baking people‘s cakes‼️‼️ 🤮Finally, it was so loud and gross it honestly got to me. I gave up on being acknowledged and decided to just leave and go get my daughter a cake elsewhere. Looking back , I’m glad I wasn’t acknowledge because then I would’ve felt obligated to commit to buying a cake despite the disgusting sounds that I was hearing in the back. I’m not sure if a flavor of a cake was causing somebody to vomit or dry heave but I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back . It truly turned my stomach . I have no clue what they were doing to Customer’s cakes back there. Maybe that’s why there is a wall up where people can’t see the baking area? My time was seriously wasted and the experience definitely ruined me as a customer. And as far as an additional side note goes , please train your workers, despite whatever age you choose to hire at, to at least acknowledge customers when they walk in the door . In doing so it will make them feel like they are somewhat important or at least their money is. For the record , this just happened 30 minutes ago at the Waco TX location.

Nothing Bundt Cakes absolutely nailed the cake and bundtinis for our wedding this past Saturday! The drizzle frosting on the cake was absolutely stunning, and everything was so delicious. Our guests wouldn't stop raving about them! Highly recommend.

Drove over 45 minutes just to be told you're out of the chocolate peanut butter cakes never once have I been in your establishment and have you ever been out of any flavor. Workers wouldn't even check the back to see if there was some in the back just kept saying no only in the eighth or the 10 in. Looks like somebody isn't doing their job that in the middle of the day on a Friday you're already out of a flavor that just came out.
