I ordered the shrimp appetizer which is usually great good way overcooked last time ...shame should look fresh and lt brown. Mine was black..

Very attentive professional staff. Quick service. The most beautiful goddess of a woman was our waitress (beautiful eyelashes and amazing curly hair but I cannot remember names well) she was so quick and got my water refilled so fast. I have never had a better experience. 10/10 would recommend this location as best Olive Garden in the Buffalo area.

The food was good but the place was very dirty. It was even before the dinner rush and the floors were dirty, tables weren't clean, and the silverware had crusty food on it.

The food was good. The prices have definitely gone up, but the take home meal for $6.00 is a great deal.

Didn’t have the best experience here today. We had to wait really long for each aspect of our meal. Waters, pop, cheese, takeout boxes etc. Waited for 10 mins for our waters! And my diet cokes came 2 minutes before my meal came. Our server must have been new because she was unable to handle a section of four tables. By the time she came out with our Parmesan, we were literally finished our meal.

Overall the food was ok. The sauces were yummy. Chicken tasted kind of rubbery, I guess that’s to be expected for a chain like this.

Food isn't quite as good as I remember from years ago, and a little pricey for lunch. The service was good and the soup and salad were the best part.

Went for my birthday dinner and the waitress kept making excuses in wny the soup was taking forever. My son ordered soup with the tour of Italy and the soup finally came out AfTER we paid the bill. He had to take it to go. Also, I ordered grilled chicken in my fettuccine Alfredo, and I got breaded chicken. When I told the waitress you argued with me that I ordered the breaded not the grilled. My son reminded her that I ordered grilled. That also came after we paid the bill. Disappointed. Also, my husband ordered the new cheesey meatballs and they liked nothing like the picture either. Where is the cheese?
