Hi!! So I came in 2days ago and was greeted by what I assumed was going to be a lovely server. Her name was Nadirah. We came in at around 4pm I ordered the endless soup and salad. My friend order Alfredo. We alsoOrder the baked meat and cheese ravioli. Honestly I thought it’d be good, and it was the worst thing I’ve ever gotten. They were burnt anddisgusting tasting(only ate 1 off plate). After that she came back with our meals. At this point it’s 4:20 and she asked if we’re ready to leave and need boxes we politely declined. I finished my soup and my friend ate a little bit maybe 5mins after she dropped off the food. The breadsticks,salad and my soup are gone . She didn’t offer a refill on our beverages, nor did she bring us any new breadsticks or soup. I asked for another soup around 4:30 and she brought it back and still hasn’t refilled anything or asked if we needed anything. The whole time we were sitting and eating she kept looking at us and then brought us boxes and said the check is ready whenever we’re ready. The whole thing was just crazy and not good service at all. It’s sad because last time I came the service was excellent . Im highly dissatisfied.

But after food was brought, we didn't see him again until we asked for containers to go.No refill offer on bread, salad or drinks. At a whopping $3.67 for soft drinks ( amercian no less) you'd expect some refills. My lemonade over $4.We had to figure out how to pay the bills ourselves.And to top it off. While we were at the table we played the tablet and did not notice anywhere that it cost money to play. However, we were charged $2.99 to play the game ( added to bill without knowledge).Now the last part could totally be on us. Maybe we missed some fine print on the game. Im unsure.Hope for a better experience next time. My Mom and Stepdad came from Alberta and it is a long standing tradition that we go to Olive Garden. Usually on Military rd which has always been good.

Had a delicious chicken and broccoli plate and a choir of 6 staff sang Happy Birthday as they deliveted my dessert.
The food was good, as expected. The waitress was attentive, and the food came out hot. My only comment is that the prices were quite high, when you think that we mostly had lunch orders.

I came this weekend with friends at this Olive Garden location and we were really satisfied with the food and service provided by Sydney H. She was so sweet and very attentive. The food was also good! Definitely will come back again! ?

Ordered 5 cheese zitti pasta. Got pasta and sauce ... couldn't find cheese on it. Although server Suzanne is great but dishes we got not as good as we used to get before...not up to mark. Disappointed ?
