I always get a grilled cheese and lemonade at Panera. Sometimes extra bread. It's not fancy, but it was what I needed, and the tables were clean. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience.

They were SUPER busy and we still got our orders SOO fast. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious!! The staff was doing phenomenal keeping things clean and stocked despite being absolutely packed. This is clearly a very well managed location. Props to your staff for staying calm under the pressure of a huge rush !!

me and my father went there on November 4, 2025 because I had saw the deal online for the soup for a dollar with an Entrée when I asked the employee how to put it on she told me she doesn’t know because two other people had already tried it. She thinks it’s on the app only because she didn’t have a button on the computer to apply it when I walked over to the kiosk I couldn’t apply the code so I asked if I could see the manager to apply it himself. she then walked away, annoyed and angrily, and came back and said the manager would be 10 minutes and then started complaining to another customer saying we were rude and annoying and that we should be kicked out the manager, then came out and said there is no deal online it expired a year ago and that he was going to call the police if we do not leave here’s a picture of the deal today, November 4, 2025, and overall just terrible customer service. she then said we came into the door rudely, but she was annoyed When we walked in and didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing there looking at the menu. I really hope they see this and messaged me back saying that we are the issue and that this deal does not exist

The staff making the food during the dinner rush must be overworked, they are miserable. I ordered pick up through DoorDash and it took 50 mins from the time I ordered until it was ready. The estimated time was 20 minutes. My understanding of DoorDash is the restaurant could update their app so people are not waiting 30 minutes in a restaurant for their food.

Maybe turn off or update door dash so you don’t overwork your staff and they’ll be a little happier

This is the best Panera in Buffalo,NY!! If you’re going to visit one here this should be the location you go to. Your whole team does an amazing job every time!

I ate at Panera bread for probably the 100th time. Good as usual however this particular visit was interesting because I met a man named Jeff who works at this location. I went up to him to introduce myself so that I could compliment him. He was doing food expo for customers while I sat there eating, I couldn’t help to giggle because he was making everything fun and interesting. Jeff had excellent customer service skills, he was genuinely himself, making jokes and being helpful while doing so. Thank you Jeff for not being mundane.

Overall, it has been great experience every time we visit this restaurant at this location. Food was good. My son loves macaroni and cheese from Panera Bread since he was 4, and he said the taste is still the same as good. I personally love the options to get 2 choices (salad and sandwiches or soup and sandwiches). Lots of parking spaces, and it locates in the big outdoor plaza where we can walk of the food.

Their hot chocolate was a serious disappointment. They served me a hot cup of milk after trying to fix it a second time. Thankfully it's out for a limited time only! ..I purchase $50-100 for a single order here sometimes and today's quality of service was just defeating.

Great coffee. Great baked goods. Not a diet day.

Was having dinner and witnessed a young couple get scolded by the manager on duty during the evening shift on 2/8/25 for the young lady having a small plastic cup. He shouted “theft” because she had very SMALL amount of lemonade instead of water. Additionally, there was a family with young children witnessing the entire event not to mention they also had the plastic cups in question.

Moments after he scolded his employee on the register presumably about the event and giving her a lesson.

I love Panera but, I will NOT be returning due to how little there management cares about there customers.
