Good to see Panera continues mistreating their employees, rising prices for no reason, and offering worse and worse food.
By the way, from what I understand, there aren't any bakers anymore, everything is just from the freezer , nothing fresh.
Also they're closing a lot of their stores across the country. Good to know what used to be a decent brand is just garbage now.

It's frustrating to have picked up your order and got home only to find they missed your sandwich. This happend multiple times. Then it's an pain if you try to contact them for it. When you call the store, they always ask you to call back later because they are too busy even if you called between meals. We order pick up for the convenience but too often end up with wasting time on dealing with wrong orders.

Can't even get a order right. I wouldn't have care if it wasn't for the 10min wait at the drive thru. Sad that it was so called checked by someone and it has a signature that someone did but yet the order is wrong hmmmm not sure if they have trouble seeing or if they even care on doing there job correctly..... guest 254

I’d give 0 stars if I could, this entire building needs to be shut down, Panera as a whole needs to. This specific building has the nastiest, most unbearable management I have ever seen, the most miserable staff having to deal with said management and the most corners cut to save money I can say for certain. The food continues to become worse quality while continuously going up in price. Being known for healthy and fresh items seems to just not exist in their ideals anymore as every item is tasteless. When Panera first opened, they were unique. Now, they’ve fallen behind in quality in a market full of better places with healthier and tastier food. and at those other places you’ll get better for less. Staff is good and usually friendly. And service is usually as fast as they can manage, but friendly service isn’t enough with food quality and prices where they’re at.

Great lunch with the grandkids and 3 adults. The soup and half sandwich was really good! Fall squash soup was the best I ever had! My tuna sandwich was awesome! Child friendly choices were excellent. My green tea with mango (I think) was so good I took a refill home with me! Clean bathroom and clean eating area. Prices average. Parking was tight, but inside wasn't crowded. Staff friendly and helpful. Would go back to this Panera again!

Deanna and the morning crew are the best. Always have a coffee cup for me and fresh coffee available. Great when I bring the kids in too. They always treat them extra special!
Love it The kid mack and cheese is THE BEST MACK AND CHEESE IN THE WORLD So if you have a kid get them the Mack and cheese! Little expensive but its worth it!

I have been sick with Covid and decided to get a bread bowl from Panera. My husband went to pick up a chicken wild rice bread bowl and all I had was a cup of soup. He went back to get the bread bowl which is a waste of time and when I opened up the soup. It was the chicken noodle soup. at this point, I was just hungry until I pulled out a large piece of plastic in the soup. I don’t know what’s going on there. He said it wasn’t even that busy I would like a full refund.

I ordered pick-up and received the order ready email almost 5 minutes before I arrived. But the order wasn’t there. The staff coldly said that they were wrapping it up. I waited for another 10ish minutes to get it.
The food wasn’t really well prepared. The blueberries in my salad were mushy, no longer fresh, and even looked bad. I opted for chips for the side, and got baguette, which wasn’t the first time that it had happened. This place used to be our go to place for a quick comfort meal. But it’s no longer the case. I think Panera or this place has some management issue.
