Second time our order has been messed up at this location. This time there was zero apology. Management needs to take care of this issue, training and quality are gaps here.

The lady taking our order didn't even give us our cups for the drinks and our she said they'd call or name when the food was ready and they didn't. Our soup was cold.

The woman at cashier was rude and had no manners. She didn’t understand what we wanted and made us feel unwelcome. The prices were extremely high. I do not wish to return to this place.

My food was so good and fresh!!! Haven’t had Panera and years BUT THIS BY FAR WAS THE BEST PANERA IVE EVER HAD !!!
I ended up canceling my sip club immediately after my experience with this store today- it was my first sip club pickup too. The first time I came in before work, it was not clear that I had to order through the app instead of just giving someone my number, and there was nobody around to answer my questions. The second time I came in during my lunch, I ordered a sip club pickup, and it was not ready- not only did the staff not make the order, which renders the time spent customizing it useless, but they did not even leave a cup for me at the pickup rack. I got lucky during a busy time and was actually able to ask an employee for the cup, but then noticed that the iced coffee I had ordered was completely out.
My order was marked ready, and the app did not show the coffee as out of stock. My name was not even on the screen for the order pickup, which was very confusing (I confirmed the location was accurate).
In addition to them not having iced coffee, the app won’t let you order several coffees after 2pm- which doesn’t even seem accurate, since they seem to still be available in-store. I ended pouring a hot coffee into some ice, and the flavor wasn’t really anything to write home about either.
In addition to this, the atmosphere was quite dirty, and there was only 1 cashier during what seemed like a quite busy time.
Panera charges way too much for food to have disappointing service like this. A McDonald’s is more convenient, and may even be my choice over sip club moving forward.

Christie went above and beyond when my daughter expressed her disappointment that they ran out of chicken noodle soup.

Very poor customer service. The people that put the food on the counter try to ignore you. If you order online they don't put them in the online ordering area, instead they keep them out of reach with the names on them facing away from you. When you try to get their attention they try to ignore you. Not a good system.

Nice local Panera shop. Not crowded vs. the ones in Niagara Falls blvd. Come here every week.

Typical Panera experience but the food seems to lack real flavor and more of a preservative type flavor lately

Delish food and a great time, service wonderful!
I went to Panera today with my friend who has a dairy allergy. I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese and she ordered a BLT without tomato and a frozen strawberry lemonade. After a long wait we finally got our food and almost drove away before the kid at the window said “here’s your smoothie I forgot it” to which my friend said “oh I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade, is this it?” To which he responded “yes it is”. We pulled into the parking lot to get situated when she took a sip and instantly realized it was a smoothie and not a frozen strawberry lemonade. So the kid at the window lied, and his carelessness nearly caused an allergic reaction. When we walked into the store to get the frozen lemonade, we were treated very coldly as if we were being a major inconvenience. As soon as the worker at the drive through saw us, he knew what we were coming in for and immediately apologized. When the manager came out, she began telling us off and told my friend that she needed to specify that she had a dairy allergy at the speaker. However, my friend did not order anything with dairy in it, so mentioning that would be irrelevant. Because of the apathy from the manager and the other staff, were not pleased with the service whatsoever and we will not be going back to Panera any time soon.
