The food was ready right on time when we ordered to have it ready at a later time. Nothing was incorrect, the pizzas were cooked perfectly and they were loaded with pepperoni. This was the first time having Papa John's and I definitely was not disappointed.

Just left after being ignored by the staff. Other locations have amazing pizza and staff. This one is a bust. Do not recommend. To clarify, I was in line with another person, they took his order and completely ignored me. Worst location ever

Friend ordered for us off the app and asked for the pizza to be placed outside the door as she had a meeting to attend. The pizza was marked as delivered even though it never arrived. Called the store to ask and the person who picked up had a nasty attitude with her saying that they called her multiple times. She asked why they couldn’t have just dropped it off at the door and they replied they have to hand it off face to face. Then why is it even an option on the app? She had to call again and asked for the food to be redelivered. This time another person picked up and told her they could do that but she would have to pay with cash. Horrible service. Edit: We waited for the delivery for 30 minutes downstairs and they never showed up. We called again to ask and they claim they couldn’t get through to us when they called. We were downstairs the whole time and we did not see a car pulled up or any call. They refused to try to deliver again but they never even tried delivering it in the first place. I know this because we waited at the door the entire time. Absolute worst service I have ever received.
Recently visited this Papa John's outlet and was really impressed. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect balance of toppings and a great crust. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was a great experience, and definitely be coming back!

My parents went and wanted the new xl ny style pizza. The cashier told them that was an online thing only? My parents are not technology savvy and nowhere does it say you can only order it online. I was very disappointed when my dad called me to tell me how disappointed their "pizza date night" was because all they wanted was that new pizza. They settled for a regular cheese & pep pizza and then was given a completely different pizza. Very disappointed!
