I love it here and have always come here and gotten the same thing and I have never had an issue. However, the one blonde waitress is very rude and i receive severe attitude everytime i ask for a simple small modification and she tells me the cooks don’t speak english and i can’t do it… even tho i was able to do it all the time before. It’s literally like no tomatoes or something and the past couple times this has happened.

Last night came out for the live music and it was such a great time. The food was delicious and made with love and the staff was all so friendly and kind. But I really was impressed by the manager Katrina. I watched her move from both inside and outside checking on tables and helping her staff anyway she could. But what I really wanted to point out was one of the staff was leaving for the night and Katrina thanked them for all their hard work. Managers like Katrina I don’t see...

I absolutely love Papi Grande’s!!!! Abriana’s service was wonderful, and she is very knowledgeable of the menu. She made my friends and I’s experience so great! Will definitely be back. One of the best Mexican Restaurants in Buffalo!
