They overcharged me over 15 dollars for food I did not order then instead of chicken wings , gave me chicken nuggets and refused to give me a refund ! They were very rude & refused to
refund me & said we are giving you nothing back and kicked us out! I had to get home to my kids and refused ! Please always add everything up , they cheat you and over charge you and refuse to refund when they mess up your order .

My pizza was comprised of crust and sauce with minimal toppings. I ORDERED EXTRA TOPPINGS! I will not order from Pizza Hut again. I do not recommend any dishes that are listed below.

Unfortunately I placed an order that I didn't want & I already paid for in advance. Once I arrived to the Sheridan & Harlem rd location the employee told me he couldn't fix my order after I clearly told him that it was a mistake on my end that I didn't want the "stuffed crust supreme pizza" so instead of remaking it to the original pan supreme he sent me out the restaurant door with a bad taste in my mouth. He could've just remade it for me & I would have been a pleased customer. Very bad customer service. I truly miss the awesome service I use to receive in the past when Pizza Hut was at every corner "Sit down Locations ". The employees at this location "DO NOT" wear gloves to make these pizzas.
Parking: They certainly have enough parking spaces available since there are plenty of private own businesses in that Harlem & Sheridan plaza.
