As another review said, it's true, they do not use gloves when making the food. Both times I have been there I have noticed this. The most recent time I got the chicken pasta, and around an hour after eating it I became very ill, most likely due to food poisoning. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the service was fast both times. I do not think I will be back again, as I am 1 for 2 on bad experiences. If you must have Pizza Hut, I would go to another location.

Probably rather unhip to admit, but pizza hut pizza is one of my favorites.The pan pizza crust is perfect: bready, but still light, and just the right amount of crisp.

If I could choose no stars, I would. First, the pizza and wings were not cooked. They must microwave the crust or use a convection oven??. Why can't they cook the pizza the way Pizza Hut used to, IN A PAN IN A HOT OVEN!? When you call to order, none of them understand you, and you can't understand them. Not the nicest peopke when you puck up your order. When I picked up the pizza's, they place was filthy & disgusting. You can't sit down, take out only. Bring back Pizza Hut, the way it used to be!

After waiting over 45 minutes for my order in which I was told would be ready in 15 minutes in a small crowded space.I am very disappointed to have received soggy dough with little to no cheese and toppings.This is by far the worst Pizza hut my family & I have ever had.Nothing against 7-Eleven pizza but this locations pizza taste very similar for a higher price.

They work multiple stations and touch food without wearing gloves. ? End up giving my food to a homeless guy and hitting another pizza spot. Maybe try the other pizza Hut

Always up to the Pizza Hut standard so far. Good consistent pizza. The only snag has been with delivery, because they use Door Dash and their system seems to struggle with some Amherst Addresses for some reason. It once sent our driver to Tonawanda, but the driver had the clarity to call and confirm, avoiding any problem.

Had to wait an extra 45 mins after my order was supposed to be ready along with 13 other people who’s order wasn’t ready on time. Tried to ask a couple workers how much longer and both didn’t speak any English. Find another location because this place was a nightmare.Parking: The parking is great but the staff is horrible.

Food was delicious and it's super impressive how well the pizza/breadsticks heat/crisp up in the oven. There is just something about pizza hut nostalgia. Yummy!

I was so excited to see Pizza Hut had returned. I love their pizza, the crust is to die for. I got an order of bread sticks for lunch and they were as good as I remember them being. So happy they are back.

The customer service here is beyond awful!! The girl behind the register was so rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she just kept talking and being rude. She never got a manager and still screwed up my order. My order wasn't how i asked for it and part of it was missing. My daughter was so upset because the part that was missing was the part she wanted. I wasn't waiting longer for it to come out on top of dealing with a rude worker. I had enough. I walked out and will never go there again. I will find another location.
