Rachels Mediterranean Grill

I was in the area for meetings today and a co worker suggested this place I must say the staff was extremely helpful and friendly As I couldn't pronounce half of the things on the menu. They explained what everything was, and I must say, I got a chicken, something on a pita, and I'll tell you what it was the best meal I've had in a very long time, absolutely awesome flavor extremely reasonable prices. A must-visit if you're in the Buffalo. Area.

Never been to a Rachels Mediterranean grill until today. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the food was so good, think Chipotle for Mediterranean food. I will be back next time I'm in town 5 ?

Placed on order online. They close at 5:00 but we got there a quarter till the doors were locked. The worker ignored us knocking at first and nearly refused to come out and give us the order we already paid for

Was going to try it but was very uninviting when you go at 815 and it looks closed up. Chairs on tables and nobody inside.

We like Rachel’s but they mess up our order just about every single time. Today was about the fourth time we ordered bowls and they came without dressing or any of the sauces we ordered. Plus the chicken was extremely tough.Rachels used to be one of the top local chains but all of Buffalo is wondering what happened to them.

I go to the one on Sheridan in Williamsville. It's an excellent choice for a fast, clean, delicious salad or rice bowl. The Garil sauce is delicious!

I usually order online from here, but it’s quick and easy every time. Great service, and even at busy times it’s never too stuffy or crowded.

Vegetarian options: If you know your limits, the menu will be easy to navigate and work around.

Dietary restrictions: The servers are very good listeners and will manage portions.

I had a schwarma on a peta. I tasted like regular chicken with some tahini that barely flavorful. It was a chicken sandwich not schwarma. I had better from other restaurants particularly in Toronto where there is a large Lebanese population and they have the cultural background to make great dishes..This was an 100% lacking in cultural context.My wife and I spent $25 for 2 pitas and soft drinks in a bottle (coke fountain was out of order). I mused that is 1/5 to 1/6th of our weekly food budget at Aldi's which we visited right afterwards in the same plaza.Restaurant fare should be an experience to enjoy for that price. Mediocre experience here knowing they could do much better.
