Went here for my first Rachel’s experience today and it was great! Beautiful new location and fresh food. Assad was the employee working there at the time and he was very patient and helpful. Will definitely be going back

Went in for lunch one day. Clean and friendly staff!

Very clean, friendly staff preparing your order. I had the chicken souvlacki pita and it was delicious. Plenty of seating and bring a warm coat..it's a bit chilly in there.

i called saturday at 5:22 on saturday and girl answered i want to order a salad was put on hold for 12 minutes and i finally hung up when i called back numerous times nobody answered the phone i spen a lot of money there and never have been treated like this

If I had to choose ONE food to eat everyday for the rest of my life, it would be the Greek fries from Rachel's, hands down! They are so good it should be illegal! Also, pro tip, their dill sauce will make you believe in magic! All joking aside, Rachel's is pricey, but their fresh ingredients are worth every penny!

I was in the area for meetings today and a co worker suggested this place I must say the staff was extremely helpful and friendly As I couldn't pronounce half of the things on the menu. They explained what everything was, and I must say, I got a chicken, something on a pita, and I'll tell you what it was the best meal I've had in a very long time, absolutely awesome flavor extremely reasonable prices. A must-visit if you're in the Buffalo. Area.

Never been to a Rachels Mediterranean grill until today. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the food was so good, think Chipotle for Mediterranean food. I will be back next time I'm in town 5 ?

Placed on order online. They close at 5:00 but we got there a quarter till the doors were locked. The worker ignored us knocking at first and nearly refused to come out and give us the order we already paid for

Was going to try it but was very uninviting when you go at 815 and it looks closed up. Chairs on tables and nobody inside.
