Had gift certificates and a 10% off coupon. Went to our Maple Rd Amherst NY location. Waited about 15 minutes for a waitress to come over. Waited at least another 15 minutes for water. Ordered our food and waited about 45 minutes. Got our salads and meals delivered at the same time and our meals appeared to have been sitting for quite some time. The salads were excellent, but not much else was. I visited the ladies room, which was disgustingly dirt, as were the walls at the booth we were sitting in. Honestly, we will not be returning. Nothing about this restaurant contributed to a positive experience.

I dined here with my family, but unfortunately, the service was nonexistent. The serving staff seemed poorly trained, and it appeared as though it might have been their first job. There was a lack of leadership evident among the staff, which is ultimately a management issue. As we were leaving with our kids, we noticed the cooks smoking weed in the back, which was concerning. Additionally, every request we made took an excessively long time to be fulfilled, despite numerous staff members standing around doing nothing. The hosting services seemed more geared towards closing the restaurant rather than welcoming guests. Furthermore, the meat and seafood were overcooked, and the rice was undercooked and difficult to chew. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The place looks good, I just went to pick up dinner, well I already ate the biscuits, they were salty, and the crab legs didn't have even a bit of salt, which they added too much to the biscuits.

We had a great time hanging out here. Our server was so friendly! We got the lobster flatbread, that was good, as well as shrimp, scallops, and fish and chips. It was all good!
Our waitress was the best!Only been there 2 months but she was very pleasant & attentive. The food was great also. We hasn't been here for years. So very surprised by the service & food.
This location in Amherst is a lot better than the one in Hamburg. Unfortunately all chain restaurants are a hit and miss. All depends on the staff and crew.
