UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. My friend ordered respectfully, and an employee went and whispered to one of her coworkers talking bad about her, RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! I then ordered my drink where she was screaming in my face purposely asking for my order over and over again - after I said it clearly the first 3 times. I told her I wanted it iced she proceeded to ask me “hot or cold” multiple times (on purpose) with an attitude. She was disrespectful and offensive and should not be in customer service. Unacceptable behavior for someone representing your store. I am also assuming she was the manager, unfortunately.

Not only the drink is poorly made, but also I've been in line since 5:45PM to get the Thursday 50% off drink and at 6:02, once I made it to register, they told met that they won't honor it anymore.

If I could rate 0 stars for my drink I would because it is basically a cup of ice. I am very disappointed considering this has been a spot I’ve been going to for a while. My shaken espresso wasn’t even filled to the top considering the load of ice I had causing me to finish my drink in 4 sips. 6 dollars is ridiculous for this type of service.

Just bought 2 cups of coffee black and it’s cold.corporates should inspect the store very often to maintain the quality

Forgot a few oz’s and a few ingredients. Tastes nothing like the caramel brĂ»lĂ©e from other locations
 this is why I don’t trust fake Starbucks locations inside of targets etc.
