I love starbucks but my past 3-4 experiences have been awful. Specifically this location. I know drinks separate but the peppermint mochas have been tasteless. Spending around $8.00 a drink and just disappointed. My s/o just brought one home now and it was awful. No flavor, tasted oily. Threw it out.

Came in tonight at 4:30 pm - no customers. 2 team members were just standing around making fun of guests and Christmas items. They just seemed miserable and annoyed. They were really rude to me and thought I had left out back but I was still in store when they started to laugh about something said / did. 11/8/25 between 4 and 5 pm. Don’t go here it’s awful. Store is not clean for 3 people working as well

I noticed Starbucks is using a commercial coffee brewer, which really takes away from the rich, fresh taste that comes from traditional brewing. It would be great if they could brew coffee the traditional way, as that’s what many coffee lovers truly enjoy. Hoping Starbucks considers bringing back that authentic experience.

When I walked into the store there was no one in line so I thought it would be a quick trip in and out Little did I know I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make stuff for customers who are not even in the building. My baked good was cold by the time I got my coffee. I will not return to this location.

Messed up my beverage twice. Firat they made my london fog iced. No big deal, mistakes happen, but in the new redo beverage they made my london fog with English breakfast tea instead of earl grey. A london fog by definition is earl grey. I was disappointed as I didn’t realize it until I was 2 miles away.

It's always great to go to Starbucks on the Blvd. I have studied there, relax with friends there and even took my fur babies there on the patio. The pup cups are truly wonderful

The staff at this location has always served above and beyond the standard. Drinks always have that little extra touch, and everyone is so kind. Today was no different. Thank you to Rachel, who ran my mobile order out to me, because their drive thru was closed and I had two sleeping kids in the backseat.
