My brother and I sometimes walk or bike to this location in the evening and I must say the nicest people are here. They're patient when my brother still doesn't know what he wants or when I'm counting up the cash I need. I've never had a problem with my orders or with any tables being dirty as well.

i placed a mobile order on labor day. they were busy in the drive thru so my dad went inside thinking he’d get our order faster. i saw the drive thru line go down. i saw multiple people in and out of the store. my dad waited for 20 minutes just for our drinks bc they kept them at the drive thru instead of handing them to him. they had already handed him our food but “forgot” to give him our drinks. and everytime i come here the workers have an attitude.

My receipt number is on photo attached. I’d like to say never have I came across a rude Starbucks worker. I typically only use this location. Today the young lady who took our order was extremely rude. I asked for a straw and she rolled her eyes. Didn’t say hi, nothing just a mean face and rude. The team here is always cheerful and sweet but today was just not cool.
