My receipt number is on photo attached. I’d like to say never have I came across a rude Starbucks worker. I typically only use this location. Today the young lady who took our order was extremely rude. I asked for a straw and she rolled her eyes. Didn’t say hi, nothing just a mean face and rude. The team here is always cheerful and sweet but today was just not cool.

I order from this location every morning and the service is OUTSTANDING! Extremely friendly and upbeat! Just the other day I was waiting in line in the drive through and I hear a tap on my window… they recognized my jeep and walked my order out to me!

This has to be the slowest Starbucks EVER!! There are 6 more within a 5 mile radius and somehow they still take 40 minutes to make a drink. It doesn't make any sense. On top of it the staff here are miserable. Do yourself a favor and go to the one down the road next to Verizon or the new one not much further down the road near Outback/Home Goods/Shake Shack... those locations are quick and the staff is beyond pleasant and professional!!

Ordered a pink drink and an iced coffee on the app and was quoted it would be ready in 10 minutes. Over 25 minutes later, the order was finally served. My pink drink had sat so long that the milk and strawberry liquid had separated. The place is SO DISORGANIZED. Too many other local places to choose from.

Average experience. Not a Starbucks person & I only went because I had a gift card to use. I don’t think I’d go out of my way to spend my money at a Starbucks in Buffalo when I can name 10 truly artisan cafes off the top of my head. The nitro cold brew was good but to me it wasn’t $6 good even when I used a gift card to pay for it. Things get even worse when you look at the tiny 280mg of caffeine they put into their Nitro CBs. The price to caffeine ratio is terrible and ignoring the fact that Starbucks (massive corpo) can’t afford to pay their employees this is a terrible deal. If you care about maximizing your caffeine intake you’re better off going to Tim Hortons and getting a large Cold Brew which packs over 400mg for just under $4.00. If you want a true cafe experience just look to many of the home grown cafes here in Buffalo that are worth paying extra at and tipping on your way to work. Other than this Starbuck Reserves are really the only Starbucks establishments worth going to.

Always a line, but they move it along pretty quickly based on the number of Drive tru, mobile and walk in orders they receive. Staff is always courteous and polite.

👎👎This location is genuinely horrible and ive never had to say that about a starbucks and its probably one of the worst places to go in the area. Its newly built that is the only good thing but they should have never built it because of how bad the workers are. They intentionally leave out items you attempt to order and dont give you your reciept. They will not make more than one drink per order one time i tried to order three that was a mistake because they gave me two. Ive had this issue multiple times.And never get my money back that they basically outright stole from me since i never recieved the product.👎👎

and forget about trying to order something besides a drink, starbucks does sell other things but apparently not here not even if you ask for something in their display case. Its too bad we cant make it ourselves? Idk there is no real solution or reason it just sucks here.

All the food in the refrigerator below is always rotten or close to it so you cant even buy that. And if you do get to order it will be ready in like 20 minutes and just taste like blended oat milk which is what I think it was when ordering a simple item off their menu i thought maybe they could make that. Kind of disturbing honestly. For 26$ for two medium drinks they cant make yeah no thank you save yourself some time and go to dunkin donuts or tim hortons down the road 🚗🚘or another location if you have to because theyre mad weird up in here. And if you do want to risk it dont order something complicated like a mocha do not try more than three ingredients here. So just the hot chocolate if its even here or a plain coffee but remember not more than 1 if you pay for more than one thats a donation the cashier is already assuming that.

Parking: Sometimes it’s a hassle to back up when you just pop in to grab your order (as the drive thru line is right behind the close parking). Suggest you park further away from the building.
