Me and my boyfriend decided to stop here before work for a drink, with a decent amount of extra wiggle time, and I have never seen such a painfully slow pace before at any starbucks I have been to. It took 7 minutes to even move up ONE car space. Had to leave because it was hopeless. 4 more cars ahead of me would’ve cost me an hour to even get to the damn order window. If you have even the slightest bit of a time crunch DO NOT go to this starbucks because they will waste your day with how SLOW their store is.

They have been making the drinks at this location really bad. They never put enough coffee and espresso in any of the drinks even when I and for 3-4 shots of espresso. From the past couple of weeks , all my lattes and shaken espressos have been tasting like straight up milk. I even went back one of the times to tell them that my grande shaken espresso tasted like just milk and barely coffee and the barista there was really rude about making me another one and when she did make it, she only make me half of a grande and gave it to me.As an avid Starbucks drinker, I am very disappointed with this Starbucks location !

I've been going to Starbucks for at least 20 years and idk why, but it seems like lately, management hires rude employees or ones that don't know how to talk quietly about what customers order. It makes me not want to go to certain locations anymore which sucks because the ones that use to be good are on my way to work. Do better with hiring, please, or tell your employees to keep their rude comments and opinions about customer orders to themselves.

I like the current staff here. Baristas prepared drinks perfectly. I love it when I'm handed a drink, take a sniff and a sip followed by an inadvertent smile. Adding to my list of awesome

Came in around 8pm. Ignored by the 2 employees behind the counter who were talking and laughing together, barely looked at me and otherwise didn’t acknowledge me at all. I waited 7-10 minutes for someone to come help me. Eventually another employee came out from the back and gave me an icy look and took my order very deadpan. Worse, when I finally got my drink, I realized they didn’t even add the flavor shots that I paid extra for. Awful experience. Day shift might be fine, but I won’t be coming to this location again.

Came in to get some coffee. Place was not busy, 4 cars lined up in the drive through. I stood at the front counter waiting for an employee, but was ignored for 10 mins while the employees went about their business; not even a hello or acknowledgement. There were 4 employees behind the counter. Another customer came up and was immediately greeted and helped. I waited another 3 mins after the other customer was finished, then left the place. Not one of the 4 employees inside said hi nor any acknowledgement.

I am allergic to milk and cannot have much caffeine at all, I can’t order any coffees here because every single time I have they either put real milk in it or didn’t give me decaf. The order specifically said “almond milk” and “decaf” on it. They have apparently gotten better In recent weeks but I still can’t trust them. If my family goes here I usually just get a tea because I know they can’t mess that up unless they give me something completely different, the tea is good and my family like the taste of the drinks they get.Dietary restrictions: If you have strict dietary restrictions then don’t go to this Starbucks. Plenty of other ones are fine but for some reason, this place just can’t seem to get a lot of them right.

I found myself wandering around in a delirium, yearning for coffee, sugar, and pre-packaged baked goods. Cresting the horizon I saw something... Hope. Inside this gleaming beacon of hot bean juice was an incredibly clean seating area. A staff that was friendly, spoke clearly, and were overall very kind ran the joint well. Nothing bad to say at all. Viva la bean juice.
