Won’t accept coupons? Sounds like they are money hungry and don’t want people to use these coupons. I’ve worked at subways and ordered online at this exact location using a coupon. Kinda ridiculous. The “owner won’t accept them”, ha such a joke.

The ladies were friendly and made yummy sub and pizza!
Vegetarian options: Their veggie pizza is good. It is not greasy. My friend had the titan turkey sub.
Parking: It's nice and close to the Maple Ridge theatre.

Most uncomfortable subway experience I've had. Ever just feel unwelcome in a restaurant? I haven't until today . They also did not speak any English. I had to walk our because they didn't understand the word wheat .
This place needs new staff, online ordered once the way I wanted sub they completely disregarded what I ordered and made it the way it came, absurd.

I had some coupons sent to my house, and i wanted to take advantage of them. I visited this location and presented the coupons. One of the employees said that we do not grant these coupons unless you choose only a meatball sub, cold cutt, while the coupons were to buy 2, and 3 deals for $$. Then, the employee asked me how many subs u were getting, and I said 5. And she looked at her manager and asked her about it. She ( the manager) didn't even come near to explain anything or talk about it! but just nodded her head, NO!! Very unprofessional! and "stingy " not to grant their own advertising!!! People should boycott these franchise businesses as much as possible and help small local businesses! I am personally DONE with Subway.

The person taking order could not understand English well enough to get the order right then tried to way overcharge. Thankfully someone else came up front and fixed most of it.Also, although we used a Subway coupon that specifically said which subs were not able to be purchased this location only let you use a subway coupon for the worst subs...bologna etc.And, although the huge sign says sluced fresh...meats were not fresh slicedWon't revisit this one!

First time at this subway, I had a coupon that said, "Three footlongs $18" The store limits your sandwiches that you can pick from. That was very irritating. The staff had very heavy accents and telling them how I would like my sandwiches was challenging. Not a good experience at all. The Sandwiches were good, the ingredients taste fresh. Without any coupon I would not have bought anything from this restaurant.

Our service was excellent. We had a large catering order for a University sports team and everything ran very smoothly for us. From initial ordering in advance to picking up our food on the day, everything was done perfectly and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this to any large groups who are planning to use this restaurant.
ordered for pick up at 1:20 for it to be ready at 2. Waited in store from 2 until 2:30 and they had not even started. They served about 8 customers that had come in after me and did not even attempt to start my order
I just buy a wrap it was bad, the lettuce it was like pink. And the steak smell weird. They don't follow subway rules. and keep the meats and veggies long time or mix the new with the old. Not good.
