Rudest employee I've ever met here on wedsday night oct 27th (indian man). Gave my pickup order to the wrong person, and told me he wasn't going to make it. Told me its "not his problem". Subway you need to do a much better job at vetting your employees because this man isn't qualified to wash a dish, much rather work in any professional business. Will never spend another dollar here, go to dibella's where they're polite and do their job correctly!

Its always so slow..so I left after 20 min wait. But I got sick anyways after eating there twice before..

Always the best Subway to go to , last night was no exception. The cleanliness is always spot on - what impressed me last night was the guy who was waiting on me needed to excuse himself and help his fellow employee - he thought that he might need to punch into the register and immediately took off his new clean glove in anticipation - simply excellent food handling technique - it further encourages me to visit this location exclusively - job well done !

This location does not accept Subway coupons and they do not tell you that or have a sign posted. In addition to that the employees are rude and abrasive! I will never patronize this location again.
They are doing a great job and the workers are very polite and very good while communicating. I like to go there every time for my meal.Thanks you very much for making my day.

the Subway on Niagara falls boulevard across from Wegmans is the best Subway I've ever been to everything's always fresh the owners are delightful people I'd highly recommend
