Some how went to taco bell and got home with "my order" which contained none of my tacos... i guess just bell for dinner tonight as my family and I are taco-less
horrible customer service. manager of the month was on her phone while there was a whole line of people waiting for over 20+ minutes. Ordered chips and cheese and i had to leave before even getting my order they took so long.

The food is always good , but it always takes a while for us to get our food. We only have an hour lunch and by the time we get our food we have to leave and head back to work … maybe you guys need more people on..

Took an hour to get my food. People were dilly dallying in the kitchen. Not taking orders. Went inside while parked in drive thru(didn’t move at all) and checked in my order myself due to no staff up front (even tho doors were open) king Aidan slayed. Izzy is amazing. Met her bf too. Food was poopoo. Service was poo poo. People were poo poo. Customers were amazing. #ThankYouAidan #LoveYouIzzy her bf cool too. Never going again

Where do I start . I love Taco bell but if walled lake don't get it together we'll won't be open long .Seems Everytime I go something is wrong .We decided to go in just in case so I can save a trip if anything is wrong .Out of four chalupas and one nugget highly upset . Almost broke a tooth on there shells so hard I could of broke a window.The nuggets my kids had few days ago claim they are fire so we tried .Not only were they disgusting and cold but they have a grey and green tint to them which I'm mailing to corporate.I won't return to this location. New staff new manager needed .If you don't have Passion for your job leave . Clean tables is nice too as it was not busy but I cleaned my own .I have picture of nuggets too their is something wrong with these colors in meat.I would love to speak to whom runs this location.

I wonder why this corrupted store is still there, giving out negative energies to others when other great stores are closed. Racist rude old woman, so called “manager of the year”, Jennie Gehring, turned her back and rolled her eyes at me, and when I used drive through, she was being extremely impolite and arrogant to me. Hmm maybe it’s because she is going to Las Vagas this summer, so her mind is probably in Vagas too!

Food was pretty good once we finally got it all, but so many issues along the way. Went through the drive thru and while service was quick, one item I asked for somehow never made it onto the order, and two items we received were wrong. One item was ordered minus a condiment, while the other was the wrong type of meat - both made incorrectly. We only noticed one of the errors while checking our food, and while we were able to get one item corrected, this very much put a damper on our meal. We went through the drive thru for quick service and ended up having to go back in for a replacement item and to obtain the item that never made it onto our order. By the time we corrected most of our order, the few things that were correct were cold. Very frustrating! The store was not busy at all while we were there - makes you wonder if they are even listening to what you are saying/ordering when 3/5 items ordered are missing/incorrect.

since this location can’t be bothered to pick up the phone to field complaints privately:
the last three times i have come to this location i have ordered a spicy potato soft taco, add beef. without fail every time i have received a beef soft taco, no potatoes. i’m not really sure what the issue is considering it is being properly rang up (thus charging me extra money for an item i didn’t even want, at least an extra dollar), and it is a spicy POTATO soft taco??? poorly trained employees that don’t care about the job, but who can blame them with such stellar management. would love a refund but once again, i can’t reach the store to request one.

I've been coming to this location for years, and every time I come I am disappointed. They seem to almost always be out of food and the drive thru always have really long wait times.

Would rate 0 if I could. I ordered off their app, when I got there the front counter worker seemed to be getting reprimanded near the front door. Very busy inside and my order wasn't on the to go order station. Tried asking the back workers but got completely ignored(they were ignoring everybody) Waited over 25 minutes until the front counter guy came back to the register, he asked my name(only person that actually helped customers) he pulled my order from under the counter. I got home and the food was colddd. Realized it was probably under the counter the entire time I was waiting. So I ended up waiting longer than a real restaurant for 2 bean burritos lmfao what a joke of a FAST food place. Go to chipotle.

It feels like the staff at this restaurant are trained to ignore Doordash delivery. Whenever you go there, you have to wait at least 20 minutes and call them a few times before someone finally shows up. And when they do, they hand you the order with zero care. I don’t get why they’re like this—it’s hard to believe they’ve had any real training.
