The worst of the worst. Dirty environment, workers seriously don’t care. They were ignoring the drive thru, so people come in, they then ignored them again. No sense of urgency. It took 1 hour for someone to tell me they haven’t started my order yet. People were sleeping at tables waiting. It’s ridiculous.

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Over an hour wait time almost every time I have come here. If you are a food delivery person AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!!!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. How is this location still open? It needs to be shut down. Horrible service! Super slow and completely disgusting!! The lines were packed and food was coming out wrong for almost everyone. I received a bag of crushed chips not even big enough to dip in cheese as my nacho chip order, with a taco that didn’t even have half a shell!!! How do you eat something like that?! Better yet, how do you as an establishment serve someone that slop?! Absolutely no pride in the employees work. I should have went to Mighty Taco where I’ve never had anything like this happen. This was my redemption visit from my last horrible experience at this location and it just proves my point to never patronize this place again. Everyone in this dinning hall was complaining of the service and food quality. Waste of money!!! AVOID this trash as much as you can.

Tried the druve-thru at 11:00pm. Used to be lined up with lots of business. Now only taking grubhub and uber orders. Not a good way to make money.
I never really care to complain about anything food industry related but I pulled up to order through the drive thru and they said it was closed. Someone in front of me got their order and the people behind me got theirs too… tried to walk in the doors and they were locked but people were standing in line inside. Definitely weird but I just drove off.

Just tried to go through drive thru at 5:30 pm on a Sunday weren’t accepting new orders a the doors were locked as well.. there’s 2 employees inside who I strongly feel are just smoking weed

Ordered on the inside screen for eating in. They never called my name loud enough to pick up my food at the counter, and then finally, a worker held up the food bag and said it's been waiting for me at the counter.Food was only lukewarm,Tried for the first time the cinnamon doughnut type desserts. Ordered the 12 count. They tasted terrible like a ball of grease. Didn't finish them.They only have a 2pk or a 12pk for ordering. They should have a size in-between for sale. I would never buy these again.There is no offer to get a paper receipt, which I wanted.
