The troglodytes working here couldn't care less about the minimum wage job they have. They throw terrible cold food at you then go back to yapping with coworkers. Never coming here again.

So I get a new taco promo and it is not made right to start compared to what it was offer.. my cheesy crunch taco did not have cheese between the tacos to hold it together.. my hard shell was crushed into many pieces and to top it off there was some rotten lettuce on it.. I gave it back didn't take the refund and walked out.. the only plus of my visit was the gentleman there.. Vernon you are a great employee and you gave great customer service and I'm sorry for just walking out. I will never be back and I advise others to ch3ck your food!!

I understand there is a shortage of workers but we waited for 30 minutes for our food and they said they still have not started it. At that point had to get a refund and go somewhere else

Wow I have not been to KFC/Taco Bell in years, it was a very clean location and the staff was very energetic. The food was pretty tasty, it came out fast, and the prices were uncompareable to any other chains for the sizes of the meals. If it was closer I probably would go back more frequently.
Buy tacos today at drive thru, they give no napkin, no sauce….

They always seem to be out of drinks & stuff for box dinner deals, among other things. For a busy location with the college close by, you would think they would keep better stock.
