I went with my wife and kids so we had dinner at this place . When the server brought us the food after 5 mins, she did come back hand me the check, and I felt I was kind of being rushed to leave, and I didn't feel great. I am not going to this place again ?.
Place was empty, still waited up front for 3 minutes or so, the hostess/waitress dropped our menus on the table and ran away. My son was so confused he tried to continue to follow her. Food was meh, and the menu seemed overpriced for what the quality and atmosphere was. Used to be one of our favorite places but has gone downhill tremendously

A few weeks ago I ordered off the menu from one of the ghost restaurants (apps all around) at the Friday's at the boulevard mall. The order has missing items that I paid for (whiskey glaze and various dipping sauces), my sandwich was incorrectly made and my onion rings were missing their dipping sauce. I called and asked if I could have the sandwich remade and pick up the sandwich and my missing sauce and they advised me to take it up with door dash. I didn't like that response at all. It shows a lack of accountability... And I see that in the majority of replies on Google they are saying similar statements to other people who had the same issue. They do not seem to be acknowledging their mistake at all! The receipt on the bag had all the items that I originally placed. The door dash delivery driver did not make the food nor did he miss putting sauces in the bag as the bag was sealed by a Friday's employee. The lack of accountability from this Fridays location is outrageous. Instead of taking accountability and acknowledging their mistake and allowing me to pick up my missing items they tried to put the blame on an innocent party. Im incredibly disappointed. Doordash is no way shape or form responsible for the lack of care and due diligence of the staff at Fridays.
I deleted a previous review where I made a similar sentiment because they asked me to reach out to the corporate office via their website and I did that and deleted my comment. It has been weeks and I still have not heard anything back so I wanted to repost my review.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge and seat us. The wings were extremely tiny and undercooked, though we asked for them to be extra crispy. The appetizer portion was tiny as well. Very small portions.

Was really good meat exactly a I asked mid rare. service was good even late at night (10pm). I recommend getting the whiskey glaze delicious. I will come back here.
Went on Saturday night and had one of the best waitresses named Sara. She and the food was amazing!!! Will definitely be back again!

We love going to Fridays. The staff is very welcoming and always going above and beyond. The majority of employees have been there a long time and Vo and Lisa are amazing! Can’t say enough nice things about them, plus food/drinks are great!
I had dinner and drinks with several family members for a special occasion. The server, Mikayla, took care of my big group like a pro! She was friendly and knowledgeable, and she got all of the orders correct. Great customer service is EVERYTHING ! I will definitely return. Hopefully Mikayla will be our server again!
