Not sure why people have bad experience. I live in Canada and always visit when we drive to Buffalo. The portion is good, place is clean, chicken gyro is tasty and toppings are fresh. The sauce they provide is always enough.

One of the worst food one can have. Highly recommend people to go somewhere else. We ordered one platter and one wrap with falafel as a protein choice. Falafel was really dry and had bitter taste. They only gave four falafels in a wrap. Wrap was not even a wrap, it was just a pita which was folded in half with all stuffing, making it impossible to eat it without a fork and a plate. Above all, sauces had no taste and customer service was equivalently bad. Also recommend to double check billing as we suspect it was higher than our order but unfortunately we threw the receipt out and didn’t get a chance to check what we were billed for.

I loved their chicken over rice. But these Franchise owners ruin this street food. $13 they give you lettuce and rice and just fee chunks of meat . One scope of protein which is also burnt . Taste and quantity is not the same. I tried 3 different franchises in different cities and they all have same issue their protein portion is small. I wish the original owners can take this seriously and address these issues.

I spent three hours driving to obtain a few plates, but the service was so poor that I couldn't communicate with the employees in a way that was filled with attitude.Overall, all the halal Guys places are amazing people, but in this location, I will never go back to them because of their bad behavior.

Food was good but service was not welcomed. I paid extra for sauce during order but I had some left over rice and I needed little sauce to put on top. They declined and asked to pay a dollar more, so I paid and given a small packet of sauce. Even though I purchased meal for 6 people I felt they may have some courtesy. Anyways small things makes difference.

Although I have been to many other branches of halal guys but I didn’t experience good customer service from this particular branch. The person serving me was not much friendly so I felt bit disappointed . Hope the franchise owner would work on this to get more customers.

It's not as flavorful as it used to be, the chicken was dry and had no taste, the rice portions they give aren't as much as they used to without extra charges. Overall, this is the end of halal guys trips for us. Not worth it, prices raised and not flavorful. I've been going to halal guys since cart days, yesterday we went here on our way back to peace (which is like a detour from where we were) and drive wasn't worth it at all.

Food is good but the the asian owner ( lady) is just simply rude. No hi or hellos. She kept rushing us when there is like no one. Worst example for the workers. Terrible boss quality. But food is not bad so no star for service.
The food was excellent, with generous and satisfying portions. However, I found the pricing for additional toppings to be excessive. Additionally, the staff member at the front could have communicated more clearly, as he mumbled rather than speaking distinctly.

Store was out of hot sauce and didn’t inform me until I was partway through my order.
I ordered it and it’s bad this is not the first time it happens I found hair in my food and I found it rotten they should close down the restaurant I don’t recommend it

Its really disappointing .its not worth the food and the money they charge.in the box all you can see is salad vary little meat and rice .actually you are paying about $14 just for salad .i have try halal guys all over America. But this location is worse.im never gonna go back when i go back to visit Buffalo NY again .if you like NYC style Try any other local but not here .
