I have the same concerns as other patrons. What is wrong with being courteous to your customers? It’s close to me and one of my favorite coffee spots , but the way I’ve been treated lately makes me want to find a new spot. No problem with the food just the customer service mostly at the drive thru.

Tim Horton's is Tim Horton's - it's a classic and we always stop at one when we're in Buffalo, NY which isn't that often.
