I used my Tim's rewards and had one for a free medium drink with $2.00 purchase. Which I made cause I bought a bagel breakfast sandwich. I didn't notice my drink did not come off. Of course, Tim Hortons does not give receipts. When I contacted them by email, they asked for a copy of the receipt, I told them they never give me a receipt. I never got a reply email back from their customer service, nor did I get refunded for what was supposed to be a free medium drink. Which they are still promoting. So, before you leave, make sure your drink is free or get a receipt for sure ,or you will end up paying for it and not getting your money back. From now on, I'm making sure to get a receipt every time. Even though I shouldn't have to ask.

Should only serve coffee and donuts at drive through window. Waiting 10 to 15 minutes in line while someone is waiting for a sandwich or some other food item is ridiculous.

Eggs were old and green looking inside my wrap, tasted terrible, and they messed up my order the first time and did not even give me my whole order. I ended just throwing everything out after a few bites.

Stopped at this location today a little before 1:00 P.M. with my Father in Law for lunch today. We both ordered the Ham and Swiss sandwich meal, which we both have had in the past. Both sandwiches had 1 slice of ham on them! ONE thin slice about a 1/16 of an inch thick WHAT A JOKE! Two medium coffees, two donuts, and 3 Ham and Swiss sandwiches (one was to go for my Mother in Law) we paid somewhere around $25 and they give you one slice of ham on the sandwich? I will never go back to this location ever again!
