I got my food and the chicken nuggets were cold and they forgot both of my sauces as well.. I understand people make mistakes but it makes me question who is in charge or who the manager is.

Terrible customer service from the girl at the takeout window. She forgot my kids chicken nuggets and there was never a sorry, please, thank you, have a nice day..nothing. Needs some more customer service training.

Told me wait 3 minutes for the pattys to cook, waited 12 min to get my food and the food was cold. Not only that I paid for a 1 year frosty coupon (the guy on the speaker asked if I wanted to donate a dollar for one) never received it because they had me waiting and probably forgot.

Every time I've gone there I order one thing and receive a whole another. I always ask for no salt on my fries. When I get home I find that I cannot even eat them. Seems like they're put in nothing but salt. I have high blood pressure.

I ordered a mobile food order at 12:35. They close at 1am, i pull up to the window and the first guy was super rude, looked at me and my boyfriend and shook his head with a look on his face. The other guy came to the window and told us that they aren’t cooking food and that we can get our refund on app, I ask how and he proceeded to tell me “i don’t know, look it up on goole or YouTube”

This isn't the worst Wendy's we've been in but certainly cleanliness is not their forte! Time to get proper floor cleaner that doesn't stick with every step you take. Certainly don't clean much around this place.

The food was as good as any other Wendy's. I do like their burgers. They do tend to forget to put things in the bag from time to time. I called it out once and they claimed it was in the bag (not in the bag).

First time I tried breakfast at Wendy's. Sausage and egg biscuts were good. Seasoned potatoes were the star of the meal, very good. Good service, very reasonable price and friendly staff
