I ordered a cheesy baked potato and when I opened it at home, it was cheesy fries. Junior baconator was over cooked. UGH

it's a Wendy's. nothing special really. the drive thru worker was very curt but not really rude as it was close to the end of their day.

Wouldn’t even post this except am disappointed and frustrated. Ordered a mobile order. No complaints w/the service itself—I get working retail and fast food is not easy and doesn’t compensate well for the work, so I’m hard pressed here—the people working the window were good and even apologized for having to wait a couple minutes (not a deal at all). Where it went south is missing 2 burgers (did get the rest of the order and even though I don’t feel the customer should have to check their order for accuracy, but at the same time, to save oneself the hassles and let down, it’s worthwhile to try to remember to do so). I got home and found my burgers were missing, but my dad’s weren’t. And what compounded my frustration and disappointment is trying to call the restaurant multiple times to let them know I was missing the burgers and the phone seemingly to be off the hook (same situation even the next day). Then emailing corporate to try to get some sort of resolution/compensation (the burgers totaled near $9 and to some that’s nothing, but to me it’s something) and the getting a message saying someone would reach out and NOTHING. No response is a response, especially in business and add to that, feel if a business is going to keep their phone off the hook so their unreachable, might as well not list a number to begin with or at the very least (to give the impression you care lol) put an automated message connected to their number and allow people to leave messages (and actually respond to messages) or telling people to leave an email and have an email address to do so (and actually respond to the emails)…

Had the crabby patty, didn't notice it had special sauce... Tasted like a regular burger to me.. the pineapple frosty was tasty once I stirred it up.. However we also had the Saucy Chicken Nuggets, the Garlic Parmesan!! And those were freaking amazing !!

I just don’t understand how an ice machine could be “broken” for a week, and they expect you to be okay taking a warm drink. No apologies either, they just give it to you quick so you can’t say anything and shut the window in your face.

The lobby was disgusting, nothing was wiped down food all over the floor tables. We're filled with crumbs. I had to go back to the counter to get a bag so I could eat in my car.

Don't do online ordering, my food was cold and my drink and frosty was warm lol Manager was the worst and extremely unprofessional. I can't believe Wendy's hire ups would put someone like that in charge of one of there locations. Definitely won't be going back.

Worst Wendy’s ever! Clerk was unfriendly. Fries cold, chicken overcooked or kept under warming light too long. Husband’s order was completely wrong. Won’t go there again!
