Dining room not open. Drive thru the only option. Food was very good!

I tried to order food during their working hours via the drive thru, however, they stated they were only accepting DoorDash orders and wouldn’t let me order. I’m confused why they would make me submit a door dash order when I was already onsite?
Several less than positive experiences at this location. The staff seem at best apathetic and at worst neglectful and inefficient.
3 times in a row I got chili that had zero meat.
One time I ordered through the app and accidentally selected in store pick up. Asked for my order at the drive through and was told I had to come in. Okay so I go in expecting its already in the pick up cubby. Nope food is not made yet. Then I watch as my food is handled by 3 separate people. Items are put into and taken out of the bags. I check once I am given the bags and food is missing.
This last time may be the last time I go here. I'm asked to pull into a space while some of my food is being made. Two chicken sandwiches to be exact. Okay no problem. So why do I then get two sandwiches with cold chicken and buns hars as a rock.
Get better. If I could rate the service negative stars I would.

I ordered baconator fries and 6 piece chicken nugget. I got baconator fries, 4 piece chicken nugget and a cheeseburger with onions and mustard. First of all, did they not have enough chicken nuggets that they gave me a cheeseburger that I won’t even eat to make me feel better and they didn’t even tell me about it. I found out when I got home and I’m not driving all the way back there to get my right food.
And I wanted those chicken nuggets to
Was there this week- our food was cold, but even more concerning was that the staff seemed bothered that my family and I were there eating in (during dinner hours) for some reason, even though we were the only people in there

All the screens are off at night, so you don't know if they are open or close.

This location on Elmwood near Kenmore Ave is very hit and miss. I wanted a taco salad, but they were out of chips and chili. Then she asked if I still wanted it. WHAT?? She offered me lettuce, tomato and sour cream and wants to call it a taco salad. Oy Vey!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Wendy’s location. My daughter went in for a job interview, dressed professionally, but was refused an interview by the manager, Brittany Thomas, because of what she was wearing. Brittany repeatedly made inappropriate comments like, “Girl, look what you have on,” and told my daughter she wouldn’t even give her the opportunity to interview based on her attire. This blatant discrimination is unacceptable. Wendy’s should uphold professionalism and respect for all applicants, but this location clearly falls short. I would not recommend this store to anyone until they address the behavior of their management team and treat people with the fairness and respect they deserve.

Staff is so stupid. They just play inside. When they want they open the door otherwise they remained their door closed. For order pickups when they want they closed the door. when they want they refused to give from drive through.

So gross. First time my food was cold. Figured I'd give them another shot and the cashier EVEN AFTER I SAID SINGLE she tried convincing me over and over again to get double when I repeatedly said NO !!! She almost refused to give me my burger single. Got my food and it was cold again. That lady needs to realize she's selling burgers not cars.

Came through with my kids to order a biggie bag. I asked for a sandwich that wasn’t part of the deal because I read the menu wrong…if you look at the words biggie bag on the menu there is a small section UNDER that that has the biggie bag sandwiches. so the menu was confusing. So that’s why I asked why because I didn’t understand. So he said you can’t get that and I just asked why and all I heard this hysterical very dramatic and loud mean laugh through the intercom. I asked what was so funny and said I read the menu wrong. Then I felt so humiliated and bullied that I said never mind and left. Then my autistic daughter in the back asked why “that guy was so mean” ….terrible. You have these very immature young workers who honestly don’t care and it can really affect people’s day. He was awful. 9/21/24 at 11:40…whoever is on drive thru needs to get out of drive thru if he can’t be nice. We honestly had an awful morning and then I told the kids we’d pull through and get food to make them feel better and left with that. Never again will I go to that Wendys. I didn’t think asking “why” was that hysterical honestly. It was bizarre to say the least.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I am not sure who is the manager of this place and what sort of training program they have in place but it isn't working. I went in to get my daughter a kids meal and it was an absolute train wreck. I went up to the register that a customer just walked away from so that I could order food. The employee stared at his register and didn't look up once for over 2 minutes while a line behind me forms. He never spoke to me until I finally said hello and asked if the register was broken or something. He replied with "naw". So I asked if I could order and he replied "go". Ignorance at its highest level. I ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets, apple slices and a frosty. The menu said $5.69. He rang the order up and said my total was $9.35. I started to swipe my card and I stopped and questioned how it got that high. He looked at the screen and mumbled apple slices. I told him they come with the meal. He canceled it and hit more buttons. He said to me "we good now. $8.20". I again question what cost almost $3 above the menu price and he mumbled "apple slices". I was so frustrated with this. I said just give me a 4 piece nugget and a junior frosty for free since I had the key tag and showed him 3 times. He rerang it and said "$3.59". I paid and realized he charged me $1 for the frosty which at this point wasn't worth the fight anymore for clarifying. The guys handing the food out were no better and had all the orders confused. I had to show them my receipt so they could then start making the order. I mean honestly. Nobody was apologetic or felt bad. Nobody acknowledged any customers and treated everyone like they were a bother. I go here 2-3 times a week and despite remodeling the dining room and such, the service is at an all time low. 1000% done with this place. The manager needs to clean house and rethink their hiring practices or who them employee. It's called customer service for a reason and they have zero.
