Came in young man was great asked multiple questions about our order. Then we get to waiting on our food sandwhich maker talking on her watch , not taking gloves off touching her watch made multiple orders like this disgusting. No hair nets hair was up or hats are on.

Nothing like sitting at the drive thru for 6 minutes to pick up a mobile order to just drive off due to no response. Seeing two workers just hanging by the back door not working. Doubt Wendy’s will do anything but this was Sunday night at 8:50pm. Not the only time this has happened.

I live 1 mi from this location and refuse to go to it because nobody answers the drive-thru and the doors are always locked, what kind of business is this. Instead I drive over to Tonawanda location on Young Street where I get reasonable service

They constantly mess up the order. We do online ordering always and they never grt it right. Everytime we get a special frosty, they run out of what goes in it.

Horrible service. I got a hamburg with mustard. There was a small drop of mustard. Couldn't even taste it. My grandsons got son of baconator.they smelled like lotion or perfume. Terrible They had to throw them out. They are expensive and they went in the garbage. I went to this wendys years ago and the food was terrible so I never went back. Now I gave them another try and I should have went to Macdonald. Never will I go again

Don’t the owners see all the reviews?!? Hello?? Or do I have to call corporate. I shouldn’t be 29 acting like a Karen, and that’s when you know it’s bad. Hire new staff. All the workers act like doing their job is an inconvenience! They all need fired.

For the love of God don’t come here. We were the only ones in the drive thru and they told us to pull forward. Not one, not two, BUT THREE cars behind us got our food before us. Big orders too!! I walked in after 20 minutes and the woman with 3 teeth was just standing there doing nothing. Then tells me they r short staffed and that’s why my food wasn’t out. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE THREE CARS BEHIND US? There was ONE helpful employee. They didn’t even know our order!!!!! Everything was already made all they had to do was box it up.
