Awful, I went to this Wendy's yesterday and ordered a baconator sandwich, I took a bite and something wasn't right, I had a burning sensation in my mouth and it wouldn't stop, I opened the bun lifted up bacon and there I found a quarter inch layer of grease drenched salt, I riffled my finger across the patty to then see half a teaspoon of salt on my finger, it was disgusting!Update:I have no idea why I bothered going back. Laziness is really upsetting, I made a mobile order where it makes it easy for the employees to fulfill it right and go figure I come home and they didn’t want to bother making my burger the way I ordered because obviously that would take more time than my money was worth so they just take a burger off the shelf throw it in a bag with cold stale fries without my sauces or napkins and move me on my way. Certainly will never return

This Wendys location is the absolute worse fast food place i have ever been too. Walked in went to counter and was completely ignored .No greeting ,no i will be with you in a moment etc. Just ignored. So after over 5 min i walked out.This place should just close the doors . No wonder i was the only customer inside.

One of the worst Wendy's I have been to probably The WORST!! Went yesterday to pick up food and as soon as I entered the manager (African American with beard) yells at me that I don't care if you have put a delivery order. I don't work for delivery apps. Your food can take forever. He is the most disgusting person I have seen at any fast food restaurant. I do not understand how this Wendy's is still in business. They are the rudest people ever!! This store either needs a new team who care about their customers and are respectful and courteous or it should be shut down immediately. They are the most disrespectful nastiest people ever!!! The African girl who gave me the food threw the food at me. The store wasn't even busy and it took them 25mins to make my food (only a sandwich fries and potato) ill be calling the corporate and reporting their rudest most disrespectful attitude specially that African American which I believe is the manager. What a huge disappointment and Wendy's is one of my favourite fast food restaurants but I'll not be going back there. Avoid at any cost unless u wanna be yelled at and insulted. I wish I could give this Wendy's 0 star. Will be calling corporate on Tuesday. UPDATE: I CALLED CORPORATE 3 DAYS AGO SPOKE TO ERNIE AND HE SAID DISTRICT MANAGER WILL CALL ME AND WILL SPEAK TO ME ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS WENDY'S. IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS NOW AND HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE YET!! DISAPPOINTING!! SHOWS THE CORPORATE DOESN'T EVEN CARE!!

I've been working in the area for almost 9 years and frequent this place a few times a week for work lunch. This place used to be a smooth in and out experience. I remember awhile ago they had a supervisor named Frank who was fast, polite, and accurate. Since him and what seems like the staff he had are gone this place has gone down hill. At the time of writing this I have currently spent 30 minutes waiting for my fast food from the Drive Thru. I don't recommend this place at all. I've just canceled my order and drove to Mighty Taco instead. Please fix this establishment. I will no longer visit here thanks to consistent awful experiences each visit.

I stopped in @ 7 p.m. with my boys after practice to get some food for the boys and the dinning room was closed. They said they were short staffed but there were plenty of workers. I saw at least 5 at the counter. So instead I went to Arby's. Their dinning room was open with 4 employees. The excuse of being short staffed is just that, an excuse. Their laziness showed. And when I told them they were being lazy because they didn't want to clean the dinning room again the employee tried to turn it around on me calling me lazy for bringing my kids there.

Not the best Wendy's... I wanted a receipt and they couldn't figure out how to change the paper so I received no receipt, but the young man at the drive thru was very polite and kind about it... He should get a raise!
