Nice place to eat, headed back home to Pennsylvania and needed some food before hitting the road again. Took a little time for the food to come out. I had the Phlly cheese wrap and my husband had beef on wick. Very nice proportions, food was good and would stop here again when in the area.

We visited the hotel for Sunday brunch. We were happily surprised at the amount of different varieties of food that they had to offer us. There was pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, fresh made omelettes, sirloin tips in gravy, biscuits and gravy, fresh cut roast beef, and ham, full salad bar, soups, deserts and pastries. Very reasonable price and food was fantastic. Stephanie the owner and Pat (Stephanie’s mother) make you feel very welcome. Will definitely do the brunch again. Thank you.

Food was great. We went on Father's day for there Buffet they were under staffed tho waited until we were done with our first plate before waiter came to table to order our drinks...
We saw the American House Hotel billboard that stated worth the extra miles. Absolutely was worth the extra miles, which wasn't a bad drive. The food was phenomenal, so was the service. The staff was very inviting, even though we arrived late for the brunch we were still welcomed. Highly recommend. Will be going back again.
I have had two experiences with this place. One for thanksgiving in the large parlor which was a very nice experience. Everything was kept up with at the buffet and I had no bad experiences with the waitresses or service. However, I went to the bar side for chicken wings on a Thursday months later and the bartender must have been the owners daughter because her personality was as bright as a candle lit cave. I heard this from the regulars who go there as well. The food was good. Service was okay at the very best. Will not be returning to the bar side.

Went for Sunday brunch with my wife. We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that it's an actual brunch with a meat carving station with ham and roast beast. They will even make eggs to order. At $20 per person, we found it very reasonable. This was our second time there for brunch. I will not be our last. This year!
Pleasant atmosphere, food excellent, service was very nice friendly . Wasn’t rushed and able to visit
Nice a-long-the-way stop!

Had the fish fry and soup & salad bar and it was very good!! Also drink special was Easter Martini!! Yummy
Everything was excellent!
Who knew there is a five star dining in the southern tier of WNY? Had the opportunity to be taken to brunch here on this past Sunday. Phenomenal, delicious, best home cooking ever come to mind to describe my experience. The staff and the ambiance are added attractions. Go again? You bet. Can't recommend it highly enough! Pat yourself on the back Stephanie and staff

Excellent food and service! Very accommodating for a large group. Very happy and will be returning!
We went for the Sunday Brunch. We haven’t been in a while and remember how good our experience was that we thought we would go back. First negative , was we had reservations for four people at 1:00pm and we were not acknowledged or seated for 20 minutes or more. Party of five behind us did not have reservations and were seated at same time. The next negative was first entree table we walked by was 3/4 empty. We got seated and started to go through buffet line and all entrees were almost empty or completely empty. We gave them the benefit of doubt they were refilling , waited a bit and then went back & still same scenario . We did this three times & they even removed some of the options. So you would want to go for breakfast, because it definitely wasn’t set up for brunch 11-3pm. Felt sorry for people coming after us. For what we ended up getting for our money, we could have gone else where for a lot less. And the waitress service wasn’t great. When she came for empty dishes, not once did she ask if we wanted drink refills, etc. A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
