We made a stop on our travels and decided to get a few items at Auntie Anne’s. Connor served us at the counter, and we had to say he was absolutely fantastic. Super sweet, made some great suggestions, just over all he truly served with enthusiasm and a smile. It added a great experience to our travels.

Poor service. I love pretzels. I guess there's not enough people that wanted to work here. Cause the ones already there don't want to open. Second time this happened to me. Some on the phone chatting. I requested two pretzels y she said card only. After a paid four people pay with cash. She still chatting.

Asked for cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and was told it would be a 5 minute wait I said ok and stepped aside and watched as two other people were told the same thing finally pretzels came and the people who came AFTER me got there’s I got nothing and when I walked up to the counter the employee looked at me like they hadn’t just spoken to me 5 minutes ago and told me that was all the cinnamon pretzels they made so I’d have to wait again

bought 9 soft pretzles from here today and only after they took our money they told us they have no mustard for them. and half of the pretzles were rock hard and overbaked.

We go every year to PA and traditionally make a stop here for great pretzels! This year the lady was hiding behind the oven, paying no attention to the line of customers. It was almost noon and there was one single old jalepeno pretzel and two buckets of pretzel pieces. The lady working was extremely disgruntled and said it would be half hour before pretzels were available. So we waited and approached the counter when she started placing pretzels in the front bin. She refused to serve us “until the bin was full of pretzels”. Absolutely miserable person to be working in a customer service industry. She complained about how she’s “only one person” but having worked in customer service before, if you open at 11am, you are ready to go and provide your customers with service. From the other comments, it looks like this place isn’t being managed properly.

Stopped here twice in the past week, both times closed.10 am is too early, 6:30pm is too late. Get your salt in for lunch! Or sugar, whatever ya choice!Must suck for online orders. Always check in-person if you don’t want to be disappointed.But download the McDonalds and enjoy a McGriddle for DOLLA!!!

What a surprise. Just like other reviews they were CLOSED. Almost 11:30am. The management needs to see what is happening. Put in some cameras so you can watch your employees chatting and texting on their phone instead of opening the restaurant..lights were off and employees were pointing and laughing at people in the lobby. Not a good look, auntie.

Near our hotel so of course we had to go buy the big, soft warm pretzels. We have them here in NC but have to drive about 35 miles to get one. Very tasty treats. Plus, this shop was also a Cinnabon shop! DOUBLE YUMMY!!!
