Crummy dive bar with surly waitresses and an inhospitable crowd. If you’re a drunk wanting to be served by other drunks then this is the place to be.

Cafeteria food, bugs, slow service & shitty drinks. If that’s your vibe then head on over, I’m sure they’ll be pissed off to serve you.

Went here for lunch after the beach. The food was ok. That's about it. It just took a long while mind you one table was finishing so no crowds to blame for the snails pace. Also, the service was very lacking, the waitress was chumy and bs ing with someone at the bar.
I had to go ask for the check. Also had to deliver $ to waitress as she continued her bs session with someone at the bar.
I hadn't been in this restaurant for years. It looks to me like this place/building has no one caring for it whatsoever and it's dirty everywhere you look. This place needs a great deal of attention.

Great place to come get a drink on the top deck. Outdoor bar is nice. Food is really average and service is pretty slow but a decent place to visit and have some beers.

Had lunch with my husband. Neither of us have ever been here before. We'll DEFINITELY ba back!! The food was delicious! I had the All American grilled chicken wrap and fries. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Both of us ate every drop of food. I was pleased!

It was such a a good spot to eat and watch the sun set. The food is mostly bar fare, but there's seafood options as, well... Is appropriate for the name.

We went for fish fry and shrimp .The batter on fish must of fell off but was just ok had a lot better. The shrimp platter was like a snack five small shrimp a handful of fries and dry bland coleslaw. The cocktail sauce had no horseradish it seems like just sauce weird ! Will go back and try wings maybe someday.

The staff is a bunch of fun people and the owner is an exceptional person!

My family dined here over the summer. The atmosphere was great and the food was fantastic. The server was terrible, though, leaving a tainted experience. We are typically great tippers and appreciate a service based job, but she rolled her eyes when my teenagers asked for another drink, she was irritated when we asked for details about a menu item, then she took my dad's unfinished half sandwich while cleaning off the table and threw it out. We thought she took it to box it up but never brought it back, and when asked where it was, she said she trashed it. Chick needs to grow up or get out of the customer service business. Other than that, we'd return if she weren't there!

Ok place to stop have a drink and get some wings. Good views of the lake. Usually short handed during the day, so service is slow. Not the servers fault though. Usually only get the wings, have not tried anything else off the menu.

Castaways is a very friendly, welcoming place. The bartenders are always friendly and their service is fantastic.

This is one of only a few places in town where you can get a decent bite to eat after 9 if you're looking for something other than pizza. Their wings are outstanding, as well as their burgers.

Drink.prices are affordable, too.

Parking: There are a few business (another bar and another restaurant) that share a large dirt and gravel parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Since this place is right next to a public beach / park (with a shower) it's kid friendly up on the patio for lunch and dinner. Late night it becomes more.of an.adults only place.
