Ordered basic pizza and wings. Was told 1-1.5 hour for delivery. Ok, we can live with that. Confirmed delivery address twice. After 2 hours of waiting, still nothing. Tried to call back to ask if our food was ever coming (tried calling multiple times) and no one would answer the phone. Went to the shop in case it was just a simple mistake. Nope, they didn't care and told me that I could wait 15-20 more minutes while they made it. No apology. Absolutely not. Don't waste your time on this place, they clearly don't care about their customers.

In the past, I have given this place praise. But it has gone WAY downhill. The customer service is a joke. I walked out of there with no food, yet a bad taste in my mouth.

Tredos has the best pizza in the area and the slices are rather large. The dough and sauce have a nice sweetness which is nice as well. They have a bar now which is also a plus, given that the only other bars nearby aren't exactly good by any standard. The pizza here takes a little while to come out so I always give them an extra 20 minutes to complete a takeout order.

I have been in the area since August. I am a pizza and wing expert from the mid towns down. Imperial, Bella, Blasdell n Edie's in the village. I had given 2/3 spots along rt5 in Angola multiple shots. Didn't try Tredos because of the hours. The 2 don't hold up to what I'm used to at all. Pizza, wings, garbage.I tried Tredos, 1 slice. It hit. The flavor of the cheese and the cheese dough sauce ratio, A+.I ordered wings and a pizza on Halloween about 4pm after the Bills game. The wings were incredible. I ate them all spot on. They deserve a local ?

I ate in and it was great. The workers were friendly and the place was pretty clean. The pizza was really tasty; the crust, being the best part. The sauce wasn't too much and a little spice to pepperoni. I would eat there again in a heartbeat.

Ordered the large chicken finger pizza. It was GINORMOUS (bigger than Pat's) and delicious. No waiting, ready on time and served with a smile. Will go to Tredos again ??

We waited a little longer than they told us for our pickup order but the young man was very polite and apologetic... totally worth the wait!!! The pizzas were huge and loaded with toppings. The dough was delicious with a sweet sauce. Our subs were delicious too, with super fresh rolls and a generous amount of meat. We will definitely order here again!!!
