I go to this location quite often to get a soft drink and something small at various times of the day/night. The staff are often polite no matter how long the line is they are very hard working. I can see at times they are under stress from the long line of cars but they are good under pressure- seem to work well together. It’s the only McDonald’s I patronize.

Horrible at making orders correctly. One time I got a regular burger and it was completely missing the patty, I get their mocha coffee and several times it's been made wrong, one time with no whipped cream and another time it's just completely black. Today I got two CHEESEburgers and NEITHER of them had cheese, and the burger was messy. Don't know what else to expect from a McDonald's with bad staff.

Pulled up 25 minutes before closing just for a soda, sat there for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me the entire time. An employee came out the side door and took the trash out but still no one took my order. I pulled up to the window in case their speaker wasn’t working or something and they just looked at me and walked away.. then turned all the lights off! Pulled to the front and saw customers sitting in the lobby still eating.. so I called their phone and it was turned off with no option to leave a message. About a week prior they didn’t have a coffee I ordered on the app so they offered to refund, scanned my card to give said refund and I got a charge for $0.00 to my card. (No refund) Both times I saw and dealt with the same manager. This is extremely unprofessional and I actually can’t believe I just experienced being so blatantly ignored as a paying customer during operating hours. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Store is dirty. Service is slow. Food is over priced and they didn’t even fill the fries which is ridiculous considering it costs over $15 a person to eat that processed crappy food. I rarely eat here because the quality is so bad but I worked 14 hours today and didn’t want to cook. Well NEVER again will McDonald’s get my money and rip me off. I live .25 miles away (2-3 minute drive) and my food was COLD. So what did I wait ten minutes for because it clearly wasn’t fresh fries and sandwiches. Also, is filling a fry I waited ten minutes to get really that hard?
