Best subway in the area, hands down. Place is impeccably clean, service is fast, and staff is professional and pleasant. I had honestly given up going to subways because they were all so hit or miss, but this one is great!

Calling this the best subway I have been to would be an understatement. It is my favorite restaurant of all time. I used to work outside from 7 am to 5 pm, and the one thing I wanted after a long, hard day at work was a golden brown subway sandwich, warm cookie, and refreshing drink. Well let me tell you. The Appalachian location of subway delivers every time. With heaping, fresh piles of toppings each time as well as cheerful employees, I have affectionately coined this subway “the golden subway”. You must try here. Forget everything else you know about subway- you don’t know this golden subway in Appalachian. In fact, I have moved to nyc a few months ago, but every time I ride the subway, it reminds me of my time being a customer here. My mouth starts watering and I close my eyes while memories of crispy bread waft through my memory. Then I open my eyes and am reminded I am in fact on public transport. A salty tear drips down my cheek, reminding me of the perfectly salted meats found at golden subway. Thank you Appalachian subway for filling a hole in my life where no person could ever reach.

Super great place, the food always tastes good and the place is really clean compared to most other locations. We come here all the time because the workers are thoughtful, kind, and efficient. Would come here again!
Nice service workers
It takes a lot for me to post a poor review, but quite frankly, the Apalachin, NY location is a poorly run gig. Not sure there's any chicken on my rotisserie sub, also missing the dressing. Basically it's bread and lettuce. For the last 2 years, the food is never as ordered. Such a shame.

Ridiculous...order here all the time by the app...out of the multiple orders I've made I've asked no sauce on the sub only on the side. Only once was it on the side. They have no clue I'm going to start asking for no sauce at all and use my own.

When we walk in and see that a certain person is working, we dread going there. She always acts like it's a bother making our subs, she has something better to do, etc. During the latest visit, it must have been her break time because she was sitting at the small table by the window (and had to get up to make our subs).

Yall need to switch up whatever female workers you had working January 22nd night. We came in, said our hellos to be met with SILENCE. Turned her back and just went about her business. No smile nothing. She very obviously despises her time working there. The other girl was simply just horrible at making subs. We had to keep correcting her. Usually our subs are pretty yummy but this was just absurd. Not a single smile during our whole ten minutes there with maybe 4 words spoken. Your other employees are perfect for the job though. We really enjoyed going when a (redhead?) male was working and he made it a great experience even for it just being subway. Will not be coming back if those girls are working.

I ordered through a food service app and was given a pick up time. When I arrived to pick up I was told by the employee, a woman who obviously hates working in food service, that they didn't have any of the foot long cookies and that was the only thing the customer ordered. I replied that I was the customer and that I was not notified on the app that the order was canceled and she said she couldn't cancel it. I told her that nobody from the store called me and she said very nonchalantly that the store doesn't have a phone. I asked her if she had just planned to wait for the customer to come in and just not have anything for them and she just shrugged. Her excuse was there wasn't anything she could do about it. She couldn't care less about the customer. If you don't want to serve customers and you don't care about customers who order from food delivery apps you can take your business off of them. This was completely unacceptable.
