I normally don't have any bad experiences here, this was my first. There was a hair in my wake up wrap. I was too tired to realize to take the picture and but it was in there. The lady did not say sorry. They just made the new one and gave it to me.

This location still has turnover, but the manager has been at this location a while now and I've noticed a huge improvement. Friendly staff that gets my order right the first time 👍🏼👍🏼

Came in early this morning for a coffee order and it was greeted very nicely by the cashier when I get to pick up my order there’s no tag on the drink so I ask is this my coffee a girl with 1000 piercings heavyset was very rude ignored me after three times me asking her if this is my drink she gives me attitude and nods her head. I don’t like that I come to the Dunkin’ all the time.
I love this dd's James always knows what I order without asking. Great customer service.

I came to use my rewards on a drink after many visits and the cashier didn’t scan it properly and refused to give me my drink and to use more rewards again which I refused to do . I lost 900 points because of her error… she also gave me the wrong drink as well and would not fix the order. I don’t know if this sounds a bit ridiculous but it’s mainly because she was rude about it. I come here all the time and have never had someone with such a bad attitude

Today I ordered hot chocolote for my daughter. It tasted so different that it usually was- very diluted, watery. I came to a DD employee, told him that I was not satisfied, that my drink didn't taste as usual. He just put a new cap on my cup claiming that he added milk, instead of making a new drink. The taste remained the same. Their customer service sucks!
