My wife and I are staying in Ardsley, and decided to try Mima's based on the excellent reviews. Though most of the reviews were about pizza, we decided to have dinners: pasta with meat sauce and eggplant parmagiana. We started with garden salads - very fresh ingredients, topped with their homemade balsamic dressing, which was wonderful.
